How to enroll your RCBC payroll card to Access One:

1) Go to www.rcbc.com

2) Choose RCBC Access One Personal on the drop down button, then press GO

3) A new window will open. Click ENROLL NOW

4) A new window will appear. Click RCBC ACCOUNTS > ATM CARD > ENROLL NOW

5) Terms and Conditions will be opened on a new window, click I AGREE button and NEXT.

6) Enter ATM Card and ATM PIN no.

7) After encoding, you will be asked to encode your USERNAME and PASSWORD. Another PASSWORD for transaction processing.

8) By enrolling your RCBC ATM you can do the following:a) Checking anytime, anywhere your RCBC balance using your internet browser. You can also

install the RCBC Icon on your Iphone / Ipad so you can check balances check anytime anywhere.

b) You can also transfer funds online from RCBC to other RCBC accounts, pay your RCBC Bankard, and other bills on the Bills Payment section of the account.

c) You can also register your RCBC Bankard to check your available balance and outstanding balance up to date.
