What am I learning? I am learning to follow along with my teacher to the dance “Twinkle twinkle Little Star”

Put both feet out straight in front of you, reach down and try to touch your toes, hold this for 10 seconds.
Try to keep your legs as straight as you can!
Bring your feet together so that you can clap with the bottoms of your shoes. Grab your ankles and pull them in close to your body. Lean forward and touch the ground in front of you, hold for 10 seconds
Reach one arm across your body, bring the other one up to hook it in place. Hold for ten seconds for each arm.
Reach one arm up over their head to rest their hand on their upper back, use the other arm to push the elbow to hold it in place
