Gentleness (Galatians 6:1)

Gentleness! What a word that is defined, as the quality of state of be gentle especially: mildness of manners of disposition. Living in the midst of people who are broken and hurt, there is place in this life for a little gentleness. Daily men and women find themselves rising and falling and sometime spending more time down than up…. There is a need for a little “Gentleness!” In knowing the need, Paul writes (Galatians 6:1), “Brothers and Sisters, if someone is caught in a sin, you who live the Spirit should restore that person gently. But watch yourselves, or you also may be tempted.” The word “Restore” is medical term which mean being gentle in placing a broking bone so it can heal properly. A little Gentleness is needed for those who are much like us being tried and tempted!
