1. Go to “Rajasthan Single Sign On” webpage and LOGIN by entering your username and password and providing with the required captcha. You will be redirected to a new page.

2. Now, select “E-MITRA NEW” from the listed apps. You will be directed to the next page.

3. Select “Services” from the left side column and under “Services” click-on “Utility”.

4. On the next page, under Avail Services enter “DMT”. It will ask the user for permission for “redirecting to third party portal”, click on “OK” and it will transfer you to the next page.

5. The page will ask for the customer mobile number.

You can check if the customer already exist or not, for this enter the number of customer and click on “View History”If the data populates then it already exist otherwise it’s a new number.

6. For a new customer, it will redirect you to “Money Transfer Customer Registration”Where you have to enter the customer mobile number, Name of customer and Pincode of the customer, and click on “Save details”. Now you will be redirected to a new page.

7. Here you have to add beneficiary (which are allowed maximum of 10 for a number) for the customer, by entering the customer details in the requested fields such as Customer mobile number, beneficiary name, beneficiary mobile number and so on.Enter the IFSC code if the customer knows the exact IFSC code.

If the customer is unable to provide the proper IFSC code then you can enter the master IFSC code from the right side column which populates according to the pin- code entered and click on “Add Beneficiary” to successfully add the beneficiary for the customer. Here also in “Master IFSC Code” enter the bank name in the search bar to search the master IFSC code which can also be used .

8. Maximum of 10 beneficiaries can be added to a single customer number.

9. Now to transfer the money click on “Back To Beneficiary List”. Here on this page you can see the beneficiaries added for the customer. Enter the amount under “Transfer Amount” for the beneficiary you want to send the money. Select the mode “IMPS” for instant money transfer OR “NEFT” which takes some time and click on “Make Payment”.

10. If you want to add a new beneficiary and there are already 10 beneficiaries present, then you need to remove some beneficiaries by clicking on “Delete” for that beneficiary. After successfully removing the beneficiary, then again you have to add a new beneficiary by the same process as mentioned above.

11. To completely delete the beneficiary, click on button under “Delete”, upon doing so an OTP will be generated and sent to the customers mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on ‘’Delete” to successfully delete the beneficiary.

12. As you click the “Make Payment”, a box will pop up “Are you sure, Do you want to transfer amount?”. Click on “Yes I Am Sure” to proceed to make successful payment.

13. Next page will show your transaction list, where in it will show “success” or “failed” for the transaction under “Status”. You can also re-check by clicking on “Recheck” button under Recheck section.

14. If the transaction shows failed then you can initiate a Refund by clicking on “Refund” button, which will send an One-Time Password or OTP on the customers mobile. Upon entering the OTP, CLICK ON “Refund” or if no OTP was received, then click on “Resend OTP” to again generate OTP.

15. After successful refund with OTP, you can check your transaction status, which will

show as “Refunded” after refund is successful.

16. Go on the transaction list to view all the transactions and their status.

17. To add new beneficiary click on “add beneficiary” or to add new customer click on “add new customer” or to see the previous transaction for that customer click on “view history”.
