Elm Lane Music School PolicyWelcome to Elm Lane Music School.  We are pleased that you have selected our school to further your music education.  Please read this policy carefully.

Annual registration fee is due before lessons begin and is non-refundable. Please make checks payable to Covenant Baptist Church.

Practice:  The Student is expected to practice the assigned material.

           Payment:  Due at the first lesson of each month. You will pay your teacher directly. Please make payment on time. Lessons cannot be given without payment.

Make up lessons:  If your teacher misses a lesson they will make it up or a credit will be issued. Once enrolled, students are expected to attend all lessons. We have a no make-up policy.

Cancellation notice:  TWO week notice in writing is required prior to discontinuing lessons.

Inclement Weather:  We follow Mecklenburg School closing. Our website will also keep you informed. A credit will be issued if a lesson is cancelled because of weather.

Safety: For the safety of your children, all children (under 12) should be accompanied to and picked up from their lesson.
