Important AV notes.

To start ProPresenter.

Step 1: Turn on Projector (ViewSonic remote). Note you must point the remote at the front of the projector to power it up. Make sure the input in on Computer by pressing the “Comp” button on the remote while pointing the remote at the projector.

Step 2:Plug white cable into the computer( it is located directly to the left if the shift button on the left side of the laptop.

Step3: Plug computer power supply in and make sure it is also plugged into the power strip.

Step 4: Power on laptop. When welcome screen appear, press any key to show the login page. Login in under the volunteer@colpres.org acct. If you do not know the password please reach out to Kathy Brevig, Paul Edgett or Paul Moore.

Step 5: Launch ProPresenter 5. Please do not use the ProPresenter5 file folder as that is used to store files to make PP5 function.

Step 6: Look for file to use for current Sunday service located in the library area.File should be named: Month, Day Sunday Worship.

Once you click the appropriate date. The program will appear in the production slides. Click the first slide. The slide should then appear on the screen in the Sanctuary.
