Applicants must have: five GCSEs (Grades A – C) including English or equivalent qualifications; one year’s relevant experience working as part of a technical team delivering audio visual

solutions and either sound, lighting, stage or production management for events in a venue, production company or as a freelance technician; and

experience of providing excellent customer service support and dealing effectively with difficult customers or members of the public in person.
