Can you do…. 10 steps on your tiptoes?

9 star jumps?

8 giant footsteps?

7 hops?

6 stretches up to the ceiling?

5 touching your toes?

4 turns, round and round?

Singing

Can you learn “Head, shoulders, knees and toes” and perform it to your family?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fvEtwhui1k0

Art

How about some finger painting?

What can you paint?

Building

Can you build or draw your own home? You could use bricks or cardboard boxes and tubes.

Think about the different rooms and spaces you have. Maybe you could draw some of the people in your family and put them in different rooms.

Could you make some furniture too?

All About Me

We have been learning about all the things our bodies can do. We are all special in our own ways and are all good at different things. What do you like to do best? Maybe it’s dancing, or building, singing, or painting, dressing up, or running, colouring, or reading, playing games, or drawing, yoga or something else altogether? Can you do your favourite thing right now?

Maybe a grown up could take a photo and send it to us to share with your friends.
