Using find Items toolbar – search for created category (Parameter within Revit) Exp: ConstructionSequence 101, 102, 103 Software: Navisworks

This Number should match an element within Revit. Exp: 130 Beams. In most cases this will be broken down further in the schedule Software: Microsoft Excel

Below I am creating a parameter for beams

In the ConstructionSequence parameter place 130

Using Find Items you can search for 130

Then save search sets into Sets with an appropriate name

Drag that search set into the Attached column of the appropriate task
