Keshe (K throughout): In the teachings today we are going to learn more about the Magrav units; there are a number of things regarding new information which need to be shared. One of the important parts a lot of you have been involved in the last few months is the Magrav units. A lot of people made mistakes and put the Magrav systems in the middle of the room and put the meter in the back or the front of it and say it doesn’t take anything. We kept telling you that you have to read the meter, not what you do when you put the system in the middle. This system energizes responses to the high voltage which comes at a point of the three phases or double phase of the meter and not at your center (?) We see a lot doing this. People like government officials stuck the unit in the middle of the room and put the meter before it and said it doesn’t work. We showed that they don’t know how to operate the system and we explained it again. This system works by the higher pressure plasma transfer from electrons to plasma. For this reason when we gave units to a number of governments and they took the units to the lab, the scientists never understood the new technology. They just put the system in the middle (of the room) and they did the checking.

K: They said it doesn’t work. But, on the other hand, they say there are happier people and then they say that they do not see any difference. They never understood the plasma technology and lack of understanding where the scientists created such confusion because they come from a normal electron field and not from the plasma. So, this is what happened to the Chinese and Armenian governments who did this and found out it ‘doesn’t work’. You need to connect it to a higher power, not in the middle of the system. What happened is beyond the meter you get the reduction because it’s feeding the rest of the building. We have seen that two small power units set up in a special way affected the 6 Megawatt systems and increases the power by 10% in less than a week. We have the data for it and it’s now fully computed data. We have the scientific information of the increase of the power through the system. We now have data that if you have a solar panel system in the house plus the normal connection from the grid, you reduce your power consumption from the grid which is mainly the night time by 50% and up to 54%. We have data for one month testing.

K: Your Magrav unit will affect your solar panels which means that you produce more energy from your solar panels which you are feeding into the grid. That is about 30% after one month. So, we expect this to build up to about 50%. Now what it is, people who had the system and claimed it didn’t work because they put the meter in front of the back, showed the lack of understanding, especially the scientists at the governmental level who will never understand. If you are testing as government scientists, you put the Magrav system in the house and you watch the meter and see what happens. If you remember, initially when we started, we are doing this collectively as knowledge seekers around the world. As usual when you start the technology and system on this scale, you start on a cautious footing. We started with what we called reconditioning and we asked you to start with 200 watts, then increase it to around 1200

watts for a month, and then your system has started. Those who read their meter have seen the reduction. Then a few weeks ago because we understand more with thousands of people reporting back, we announced instead of using 1200 you can change your load directly to 500. You don’t need to go through the values for a month and then bring it down.

K: So, you could put 500 Watts on the load side of your Magrav unit. This gave you about 6KW or more, about 12 KW per day extra. But, you get 30% reduction on the overall. A lot of people had problems creating 500 Watts. Now we have new news for you. From today from what we see from the data coming in, if you use the normal GANS coated, and more of what we do in our structure in the factory of copper oxide GANS coating, still in the water condition, from today you can connect your system to 15 W LED light. This is important. Today when you get your system you don’t need to add anything else. You plug it into the main and the phase that is connected on the socket and then add the 15 Watt LED light to your unit and nothing else. In the new units that will leave the factory next week we reveal only one option: it is that up to now if you received the unit, you have a line that plugs into the wall and you have a line for a socket to connect a load to. From now what you get from us the LED light connector. So, all you need to do when you get your system on the orders going out next week, you get a light bulb connection. If you still get a socket that was in the previous generation of the units, all you need to do is connect it to a table lamp. We are working on, as we see other results from the power units, is that we will change the Magrav unit a table top lamp system which means that you only need to plug it into the main and you have a light on.

K: You can use this as a decorative piece, or whatever you like around the house because they work this way: from now on all you need is the single plug line that will come into operation next week. Now we are redesigning the Magrav until to be used as a decoration light. That is all it needs to do. There is a further development in the next few days. We have seen one test result in the past 24 hours and we elaborate on it and if we are correct in the innovation system, where you will get a Magrav unit with one line only and there is no load on it. The system was tested this morning and the difference if we are correct, at the moment you wait for 4 or 5 weeks to receive your bill. With this system what we have seen and if we are correct, within the first 24 hours you should see the meter stop as the unit is producing 100%. We have seen this in operation in the last 24 hours and if we can repeat it in 3 consecutive tests, it means your reduction from the system will be automatic as you plug it in. What you have seen in the first 10 minutes is immediate reduction. We have to test that there are no parameters that we need to change in the construction.

K: It was the system in the past 48 hours and the first test showed what we needed to adjust. The minute you connect you see the supply from the grid coming to a halt in 24 hours or at least to a very, very minimal amount. We have seen this is Africa and now for the first time by going step by step, we should be in a position to send the 15 Watt LED light system immediately. We are extending the knowledge; I developed this and last night we did a live test on line and it works. There are some parameters and we have to understand how the parameters change in the structure and what you are going to get is a unit that you just need to add to the grid. From we have seen from the tests in the last 24 hours is that the system kicks into a power plasma

power supply. This means that 90% of total usage by AC/DC and if we are correct and we see a breakthrough we will see an emergency blueprint presentation in the next 7 days. This means that your system automatically becomes self-sufficient but you still need a grid point. The innovation center is working on a system where you have 1 or 2 KW power supply with 190 AMP (?) and we connect the two together. Within the next few weeks we will have the power generator you have been looking for. This is the dedication from the innovation center and last night at 2 in the morning we were online and tested this live. The result we are telling you are virtually a few hours old. No organization releases information and technology so rapidly. It is off the table. We have achieved and produced at least 90% reduction. We have to run. Three different people are setting up 3 systems in the innovation center to see if this is all correct; if so, next week we tell you how to do the adjustment to the Magrav system and you totally use the plasma energy. This innovation with the 15 Watts works 100% and you can carry on with this. If you make a Magrav system and make a GANS that is higher in copper oxide and a gagans water mixture will GANS you will get a system and it will take about a month to kick in fully.

K: What we have seen in our trial in the house condition in the first days of the same week—Sat., Sun., and Mon.—and we looked at the same days for 3 weeks at the consumption. The first week we were at 28KW usage, the second week we say 31 KW usage, and in the third week where we added the 15Watt light bulb to the supply we are to 24 Watts. We see a reduction that will come to around to 18 or 15KW. So we have achieved 50% reduction in a normal household. The meter has 3 readings with high rate in the morning, a lower rate later in the day and the lowest at night. We have done another test you cannot use a more complicated system than we have shown with the 15Watt (drawing at 21 minutes) and use your Magrav system if you have already produced it with GANS water with more copper oxide and it releases higher energy to the nano-material. This is what we do in the factory. You will see you can only use 15Watts. You will see the results building up gradually over 30 to 60 days. This way everyone in the house can use this. You don’t need to find heavy voltage.

K: We are looking at another direction that gives a lot of power into what we are doing on the solar system side. We are looking, if you understand it, at the moment the most efficient solar system we have been told from Sandor that the most efficient solar panels at the moment are about 250Watts a panel.

Sandor: The cost effective is 250Watts for 1.7 square meters.

K: Is it correct to say 250 W is used in the industry?

Sandor: Yes.

K: Sandor has been in the solar business a long time. We say 1 KW per panel and we are trying to create a 4 panel off 2 KW to increase efficiency. From what we see with the 2.6 megawatt solar system, we have seen 10% increases in the first week of adding 2 systems to it. We have seen a 30% increase with this in the house connection. What will be interesting is that if we use the new system which is a direct system we can increase the efficiency of the solar panels by a huge margin. We convert, we trigger, the plasma through electro vibration which is a new

system a lot of you have seen. This is important: this goes back to the Chinese scientists where they connected the unit and did not see the change. Beyond the meter they are getting the reduction. This is how the systems will work and they should be able to see it. From those of you who were looking for Keshe Foundation Magrav systems to import into your country, we have and we are achieving a certificate for export. Your system has been checked and it is confirmed to be according to European standards and does what we say it will do. There will be a confirmation certificate.

K: In achieving reduction with the 15 Watts this becomes usable for anyone, anywhere. Now what you add is 15Watt and 24 hours literally there is about 1 KW usage every 3 days and this brings huge savings. Those who know from tests by our American military people; they put one into a house to see if it actually works. The data says yes and we see 34% reduction. They wanted to test it and the results are coming out. We are advising the Chinese officials. They said the unit was not working and we sent them another one. The systems are working when connected into a house, and not into a big structure. You see the reduction and the creation of the energy from the plasma.

K: Here is another important point; in the coming days you can join in for the Rome conference set for Fri. Sept 9, 2016 and Sat. Sept 10. We have booked a hotel from the 8th to the 11th. We have limited accommodation in 2 hotels for a number of people. For security reasons we will not disclose the position until 5 days before. You can book this on the website. We will close these bookings very rapidly. If you want to attend the conference in Rome and meet the universal council and the additional members of the council to be selected by those who attend it is ready to book. The presentation in September will be intensive. We have arranged to keep the conference open from Thursday night till Sunday night around the clock. We won’t interfere with anyone else in the hotel. I will personally try to be there to put things in order so we know where we go and how we do this.

K: An additional important announcement: we don’t explain and we don’t talk about what is going on with high level research in the background. What is achieved in the public domain is the information we release. We don’t release information which does not concern or involve people from outside. The Keshe Foundation announces this clearly: we are looking for up to 1000 people who would like to be the first passengers of the space ship technology into space. We start training October 1, 2016, up to 1000 people in the full space technology in every aspect to be prepared for the first departure.

K: We have achieved everything we wanted on the 2nd universal council—‘man from the planet earth into space.’ We train humanity in a special way and not astronauts. We will test and develop every day. We will announce the location in October 2016. We have achieved full lift and full protection and now we allow you as the public to become as part of the technology. This is a full training 24/7 working training. We expect at the end of the teaching those who are and can stay and be in the framework of the Keshe Foundation to be able to build and depart in the coming weeks afterwards. We teach every aspect in how to speak, how to build systems, how

to receive energy, how to create magnetic fields … every aspect. If you want to become an astronaut today you go through a selection process for years and only a few elite have become astronauts. This way, every man who thinks and has the ethos of peace in space becomes an astronaut. You will be trained in the full aspects and I will be personally involved in everyday training and development until we achieve majority understanding, development and flight test. We are looking men of peace. We have a number of governments who have already committed a number of people into this program. We don’t announce anything outside.

K: We are looking for up to 1000 and if it is more, we make it more public and we can teach as many as possible. The fee for education as a donation to become the first men into space is 10,000 Euro. We announced in 2016 we would achieve this and at that time we put the fee at 19,000 Euro. Due to simplicity and the time of teaching and development and what we have achieved, and to make you ready is at 10,000 Euro. You go to the website and sign yourself that you want to do this and the payment is direct. This will close very soon as we already have a large number of people who have been waiting to become people of space? This is to cover all expenses and we give you 3 months’ accommodation and we give you a total field and environment to be able to survive in space on your own. This means you will be ‘man of medicine, food production and every aspect of space. Some of the technology has been opened and the final will be disclosed in the teaching.

K: For one reason we are on target and we might show a spaceship before October. We have been asked by officials if we can bring this out and I received the request from the Chinese military to open the books. We respond to their request—the heads of military in Chinese and the President and the space administration of China. We will demonstrate the space ship in the coming time and enforce the peace. This request was received and we will demonstrate this. The response is very simple: we work with the nations who work for peace and at that level we respond when we are requested and asked correctly. We will not show games; we will show the full systems. We teach so that you make the systems. So, from today you can go to the website of Keshe Foundation and enroll to become man creating his own gravitational system to be a space man in space. I hope the Chinese leaders are happy with the Keshe Foundation response to their request to open the books and we responded accordingly.

K: This is important as we start teaching the top military and space people from the Chinese government directly from the Keshe Foundation. We invite the other nations to join us and to assemble for the full development by their own scientists and not by us. This is the pattern we chose because this way there is no ambiguity and there is no other thing. With the Magrav systems and the medical applications that we do, now we do initially the space systems with the military to show they are equal and there is no need for war. This is the response to the Chinese to accept the challenge and go public as you wanted it. We train the military men first to be able to show us security and peace at the ethos of the Chinese government. We come to another important point.

K: You put in that you put in the donation and you will be informed of the time and place of the teaching. Be prepared for 3 months of isolation in understanding, developing, living and being able to develop the whole system. You cannot get up and go. A lot of you have done a lot of work around the foundation. Now, in 3 months we make a man of space out of a man of the planet. It is your job; if you see you wanted to go you can still wait for another 5 years or you can pay 10,000, get your hands dirty, build the systems and bet the passengers. You decide how and who you want to travel with. It is what we call a man made car. You make your own system; you made your own Magrav systems. One of the reasons I started teaching this way was so that you would get self-confidence that you could do things. Things can be done—you have seen the Magrav systems, the health applications—you have seen everything else.

K: Speaking about the health: doctors.keshefoundation.org is opened by Vince and you can go there and send your request that you want to be the doctors as students to learn. This section we will monitor. You have to be a doctor. We have to be clear: we do not allow or accept alternative doctors such as homeopaths. We are going into detail. We have run 2 or 3 sessions and we have run a test trial last Saturday in Austria. From Weds, May 18 at 2PM we will start training doctors to use and what to do. We are not doing any theoretical cases. If you are a doctor you bring your case to the table. We allow 10 or 15 minutes per case. All the teachings are recorded. A lot of you know the gentleman from Austria who is heading the Keshe foundation doctors’ teaching. Dr. Klaus will come on next Thursday and explain to the doctors how you can come in and what you can do, your registration, the checking and all the cases will be recorded and the accessed through secure means through Keshe Foundation service. This means if you are a doctor with a case, this is what is on the table and you can compare how you can help your patients. We are not in the process of teaching; we will elaborate on the theory behind it that we have the group in Austria who showed you the vertical systems and the Chinese innovation center. When we speak with the doctors about the unit or the system or technology which can be used for a specific condition the innovation centers and the teams in this field will build the systems for the doctors for their patients. We work now to gather everything together and we will add to the number of people in innovation center headed by Brennan and Bernie. We bring, we build up in response to the doctors as they did in the Philippines by building a system for a child or patient in the University. Now the innovation center and the people who become experts in producing these systems, and it doesn’t matter from which country you are, you will be paid to build systems according to the standards that we ask and to be tested by the doctors for their patients. A lot of doctors understand the technology but they cannot produce the systems for it. We try to make the structure which will link the people who can produce systems with the doctors who can use them and everything will be well done and well-documented. We saw a presentation on Saturday by a doctor in Austria who has already started using the GANS for one of his patients. Everything has been done methodically and this doctor has been to Meno (?) for a couple of patients and so there are people who understand the technology. A number of doctors have shown interest to become part of it. Now we teach you directly.

K: After October these doctors and their cases become part of the structure of the teaching and we ask them to come in and explain what the benefit is and how we can use this in space, and

everything else they have seen. We bring scientists to back up the teaching and you can see the same with energy and everything else. In that sense we have fulfilled the commitment to start teaching doctors to be able to use it. Giovanni says he has 3 doctors waiting and we know we have more in the wings of the Keshe foundation who have waited for years to be able to apply and we allow you to become doctors who use the technology that is backed by the scientists. As we said in the last teachings we have in motion for certification, licensing of the liquid GANS of different structures for health applications. Hopefully in the next few weeks we will have the appropriate licenses and the first production will be in Italy. This is the guarantee we gave to the group because of the connections they have and they are well known in the medical supplements. We have received support from a lot of organizations to create a lot of jobs in Italy and then we allow the others such as the pharmaceuticals to join the Keshe Foundation. We have had several meetings with them in the past 5 or 6 months. They have the connections to bring international pharmaceutical groups to market the products rapidly. All the products will carry the KSSI label. This means you know what you get and where it comes from. And, we will produce the certification as we have with the Magrav units and the health products directly from Italy and Tokyo. The head of the liquid plasma for supplements and health will be headed by Japan by the man many of you who have met. The documentation will be gathered by the Keshe Foundation in Japan and set up in the Far East. We will report on daily and weekly basis and you can see the conditions. This is one of the transparencies of the Keshe Foundation.

K: We can do this because we have you as supporters to share knowledge unconditionally. This is important that you understand that you are not paying for the material; you are paying to be part of the research, gathering data. We do pay; you pay. This is how you have supported the foundation and this is how you receive support. Those of you who produce systems on your own and you try to sell we warn you to please try to get certification for your product. Certification of the Magrav system produced in Italy only applies to those systems and we cannot transfer our certificate even into the Germany Keshe Foundation manufacturer. Those of you who have started producing pens, pads and other things, make sure you have certification for your product. Do you cause yourself problems? This is important. If you look on every product we put out, we have CE certification. Make sure, and we have seen a lot of people selling Magrav systems here and there and then when they run into problems they write to us that they made a Magrav system for a customer and it was wrong. I asked a simple question: has it come from the Keshe Foundation Italy factory? No? Then we are not responsible. There are a lot of crooks and people doing a lot of things for themselves in a lot of different fields of industry. We cannot allow this into the work. Please, even if you are selling pens, make sure you have every legally, license-wise, in order. We cannot transfer our license from the Keshe Foundation to anywhere else. We can produce as many factories in Italy as we like under our banner because it is the same company; we cannot transfer it to another company we have nothing to do with. We give people offering the pen and more, please apply for a license; it has to be checked and we know some has been rejected. When we see the pen it has to be as it was submitted for licensing and we cannot change it. The products of the pen and pad carries a health equipment classification 2 which means doctors can prescribe it and it can be paid by the insurance company.

K: If you do not sell the products which we sell, you have to get certification. In the coming times very soon on the same basis Keshe Foundation Space Institute will apply for certification for our space ships. We are in that position and we will apply this time and this is how they stopped us from showing the flying cars and space ship in Belgium: the man told me that if it flies and I have no certificate for it, I cannot fly it. They blocked it in my lab. They took the material that could create the flight and locked in the lab and called me a terrorist. And then they thought they stopped the process. But millions of you knew what I was doing so in the coming time, Keshe Foundation Space Institute will apply for an international flying license for our flight systems; this means no government can stop it. We can produce the system and they can test it if they are correct in their conduct. If they are there to destroy the process they will not be able to get on the flight and they will not understand the process. In the coming weeks we will apply for the international flight license for our systems and we will clear the path for the flight so that we do not cause any problems. And, this is to be ready for the October teaching. Everything is in order and in process.

K: A question has been asked about the earthquakes. We have seen the position and we wait to see what autumn brings in the change of the position. I have received and many people have asked about nuclear reactors in America or other parts of the world. We showed you the test shield and the shielding of the system of the Magrav system which you have to create and we will teach you more precisely in the coming time. I received a request; we see the possibility of a nuclear disaster in the country of Belgium. The Belgium government and the Dutch government in the past 2 weeks have started distributing iodine tablets on the basis of the possible terrorist attack on the 3 Belgium nuclear reactors. Our response is very simple: if the Belgium has such a threat, the Keshe Foundation is here to support you. We teach you everything you need to do; you have seen a lot of the places to start applying what we showed with the spheres and with the liquid GANS and the star protection. We are not concerned; it is not our job to understand if it is going to happen, what is going to happen, who is going to do what. Our concern is the safety of the public and the knowledge that we have.

K: Keep a GANS of CO2, CH3 and a GANS of copper oxide always as a package for emergency. If you receive nuclear radiation contamination, you need to take the water of the GANS, and not the GANS itself, on a regular dosage of one teaspoon 3 times a day. Whatever might come into your body will be rejected. We know this from the research by Tepco in Japan; this is scientific data. If you come under the destruction of the bone cells, if you come to the point where the radiation could be touching your body in case of emergency any where around the world, make a bath of lukewarm water and create 20 to 60 milliliter of GANS CO2. Nothing but GANS of CO2. Put it in 5 liters of distilled or normal water shake it naturally and normally, not a hard shake so the GANS mixes with the water thoroughly. Let the GANS settle to the bottom and add the water into the bath water. You need at the minimum 5 to 10 liters of this water. Keep the GANS because you can use the GANS for years to come. Sit in the water and stay in the water for half an hour two to three times a day. At the same you can consume 1 or 2 spoons of CO2 GANS water to reject radiation absorption in the body. We know from the research in Tokyo Keshe Foundation and Tepco that even the GANS consumed by the rat and the mouse was non-toxic. Do not use the GANS of CO2 but the water of it and this will give you

at least to reject any radiation on the skin and at the same time the GANS of water that you sit in will protect your immune system. If one of the biggest problems we have with radiation is that your immune system which is your bone marrow, the construction of the absorption of lymph into the bone is damaged and it will lead to other complications and the body cannot protect itself. Again the radiation that is absorbed becomes cancer in different parts of the body. It is important that you sit in the bath with leg in the water; you can submerge yourself in the water.

By doing this every radiation and every single bone structure produces its own T-cell for the specific area of the body and they are all supported. Our call goes to the Belgian nation and the Dutch. We are here to support you and the technology is available and has been tested. We offer this technology freely to the government of Belgium and Holland. This is for the nation and has nothing to do with the leaders of the country. Understand fully what you are doing cannot stop all the cancer and all the problems. We have known this for years. Secondly SDK (?) in Belgium is a place I have been many times and we have done tests for the Keshe Foundation and they know that they have been distributing these iodine tablets to people around the area for years. There is an inherent problem in the nuclear reactors in Belgium. These reactors should never have been commissioned to come into service from the beginning and this is public knowledge. The reactors were commissioned with millions of cracks in the structure of the nuclear reactors. But, they were allowed to come into operation for whatever reason. We know the gentleman who signed the documents to bring them into commission and then he became the head of the safety of nuclear industry of Belgium.

K: Now we understand the hypocrisy and the situation which has happened. The man who commissioned the nuclear reactors and was aware at the point of production of the wrong materials that were used resulting in all the reactors, the containment buildings all had millions of cracks in them. This man has become the head of safety for the nation. Swez(?) has been aware of this problem and has tried to solve the problem for the Belgium electricity board for years; they were punished and penalized for 200 million Euros by the Belgium parliament. Now there are two things: we do not think there is any possibility that what is said might be a threat whatsoever. If it is we support the Belgium security forces with everything we have to protect the nation. But, from what we know I have been to these nuclear stations and to SDK which is head of the nuclear section and testing for the Belgium government and we have spoken. I have been with the man who commissioned them and then became the head of safety. This is the man who told me the king above wants me to leave the country. He said to me to find another country and not Belgium (to live in). This man commissioned the nuclear reactors to come into operation and there is a lot of information on the internet and in public that these reactors have millions of cracks. We think the reactors are naturally coming to the point to destroy themselves. It cannot be contained and now it can be used as a ‘terrorist event.’ These issues in these reactors have been expected for a long time. The operation came into service with millions of cracks. Nobody knew except the man who signed the papers (to commission the faulty reactors); somehow they got commissioned. It has happened and nothing can be done.

K: If they say it’s a terrorist attack, which is a possibility and we have seen this happen and if it happens we are there to support and we teach you everything we have. If you manage rapidly to create the dome condition which we showed you, then you can protect yourself form any future fall out until there is a solution. Belgium will become like Chernobyl and for hundreds of kilometers from these reactors no one can exist. What concerns me as a nuclear physicist and as one especially trained for the development and the system control of nuclear power stations some thirty years ago, with nuclear engineers in London who worked with people in safety control in the city of Northwood in Manchester. I tell you one thing: the walls of these nuclear reactors are within 3 to 6 meters thick of reinforced concrete, the walls of the boundary containment in some cases are up to 12 meters thick. To blow such a system up is impossible unless it has been entered by a specific type of missiles with drill heads that are only possessed by the American government and the Israeli government. These are specific warheads that sit on the top of the concrete of the nuclear reactor concrete and they drill themselves in. When they come through the material that is 3 to 6 meters thick then they release the materials inside.

K: It is designed by the military of Israeli and tested and implemented by the American military. Russians have part of the technology and more advanced technology in some cases. So, to blow up such a nuclear reactor with a man with a bomb on his back is impossible. There is a weakness in the structure of the nuclear control which is heavily guarded and that is if you get into the control room and blow up the control room which again, the whole safety system goes into operation and you go into total shutdown of the plant. Governments have spent a lot of money to safeguard their nationals. So blowing up a reactor by a man with a bomb on his back is very remote. But safety parameters as we have seen can fail as they did in Fukushima and the rods dropped late, which created the overheating so something like that is a possibility. But, you have to be literally inside the nuclear reactor to be able to create such a condition. What we see, this is not just for Belgium, but the same for Americans with the possibility of earthquakes. Even with the Russian disaster such as Chernobyl if this starts to happen thanks to Tepco we have confirmation of the material as we saw with our specialist from Tepco in Japan and now Tepco people are walking and cleaning everywhere around Fukushima as if nothing ever happened. They cleaned everything up using the knowledge which we have seen and developed and which they have used.

K: So my call goes to the Belgium supporters and Belgium people. The iodine tablets do very little. Prepare yourself with CO2. In the coming weeks you can buy these products as tablets with sufficient dosage from the Keshe Foundation website. The supplements will be supplied for these kinds of disasters. Please, this is a warning, you have to listen to you government as there is a possibility of what they say might happen. But, in the case of Belgium’s nuclear reactors, they have been on the red light list for a long time.

There are articles that the man who knew about the cracks allowed the systems to come (into service). Directors of Swez(?) Energy Company, a French company that runs this for Belgium has been aware of this failure for a long time. Maybe now there is a weakness that can be emphasized with illegal activities which we are aware of and the security of the nation is aware of, but nationals need to go to the Belgium press and papers. We support you with scientific

papers and you can use the CO2 to help yourself. Where these nuclear reactors are will be a wasteland of Belgium. If any of these reactors blow up, get blown up or malfunction happens (this will cause a wasteland).

K: There are nuclear reactors in Switzerland, Germany, three in Italy of which one has been out of commission and never come into power, so there are a number of these situations—it’s not just one or two. Maybe this way together we learn and understand what we have to do. In the case of the warning do not walk outside (if a reactor blows). The minute you get a warning on the national radio or whatever, in any case, there are safety procedures you have to follow. It is like an earthquake—stay in doors, that means you do not look outside. Under no circumstances, even in the case of nuclear attack we always taught people if they see the light of a nuclear bomb you are dead, because the sight gives you the radiation field which causes trouble. If you see mushroom you will possibly take a longer time to die with nuclear cancer defects. Some people do, some people have better resistance and it takes a longer time. In the case of such an accident in Belgium or in America where we expect it with earthquakes, or anywhere else, stay indoors. Immediately if you have the CO2 liquid water with you start consuming 1 tsp 3 times a day. You have to wash your body on a continuous basis at least once a day with the same water. It does not matter what bath you choose. A number of people can go in the same water for washing the radioactive material. You don’t wash; you neutralize and transfer the energy of the radioactive into the GANS and it disposes into the environment. You need to top off this water at least every three days. This means that you fill up the container with the water of the GANS, let the GANS settle and you add the water to the bath water.

K: The process is very simple: if you see any initial sign of any kind of cancer, if you see any initial signs of nuclear exposure on the skin or in your lung, you make yourself a patch with the same GANS of CO2 water and place on a tissue or paper towel and put in a plastic bag and place on top of it. At least you can use for 10 to 12 hours a day. A lot of people will die; a lot of people will see the radiation problem in their lungs. What you do is create a balloon---get a balloon and get a tube. Fill the tube almost full with GANS of CO2 water and put the straw through it and inhale from the end. (drawing at 1.14.00 minutes). Let the air go through the GANS environment and this will do wonders in your lung in changing the strength of the radiation in your lungs. The radiation destruction of the cells in the lungs will regenerate and will safeguard and secure the lung in a way that the growth of the lung cancer and we have also seen that the lung cancer does not come in some cases. But we see the leukemia because the energy absorbed directly in the lung gets absorbed directly in the blood and the blood through the lungs becomes the source of leukemia. The change is of the gravitational-magnetic field strength of the plasma of the ____ (blood?) of the man.

K: So, you make yourself an inhaler where the straw from the market or fast food place is inserted through the tubes. You can go to the toy store and get the plastic tube sausages which are a hole and you keep on pulling them and it keeps changing with the liquid inside. Buy one of those and empty the water, put the CO2 GANS water in it and put the straw in the middle of it and you have made a very cheap system and very effective. You have to protect yourself in 3 ways: one is your skin, one is what you inhale and one is through your digestive system. Using

the CO2 in this way protects you in every way. By sitting in the GANS of CO2 water you protect and keep the strength of the measles produced (?) at a strength that the body can fight the radiation and any virus that would follow. It is a known fact in public that radiation disasters and nuclear disasters create what they call nuclear viruses. They are unknown, never understood and they just call it a cancer. But, in fact these are radiation level viruses which can be created in the body of the man in high exposure to radioactive material. The process is very simple: we have thought that all of you have become masters in the space technology and the understanding and it is your responsibility to take action to safeguard your nationals and to teach.

K: Just keep it at home. But my advice is never exposing yourself to the outside for any reason. If you have the glass ball and the reactor or you have the computer, dismantle the computer and take out the motor put a ball on it and fill the ball up with CH3. Use a huge amount of CH3. Then fill it up if you can get your hands on lead with a huge amount of lead GANS---these are all waters--not the GANS itself, and you create a shielding around the house. The test that we explained is that you will start hearing a whistle noise. This whistle noise is very much the noise when you hear people speak about your house. It is a loving, kind noise of ‘shhhhhh.’ When you hear this noise you walk back from it to see where this noise moves from the back of your body to the front of your body. At the point when you hear the transfer of the noise, that whistling noise, that is the point of your shield. This is the parameters that you are safe in.

K: I was teaching this to Armand in the past few days. What you need to do is you get the computer motor and place the ping pong ball and CH3 to create the maximum boundary of the shield. You use lead or sulphur. Be careful if you use sulphur that you do not create sulfuric acid when you use it as water or mixed in the water. You have to understand what you are doing. Sulphur is much better for the body than lead. Sulphur is part of the structure of our body. So, put lead GANS water or sulphur GANS water in the container—the ping pong ball—and run at a high speed and you create a shield. Walk back from the shield until the noise moves from the back of your body into the front. When it moves then this is the boundary of the shield you have created. (1.20.09 minutes—drawing). This is important: if you don’t hear the noise when you have such a mixture it means the shield is too far out and it is weak. What happens is the shield can be tens of meters or kilometers away. What you have to do is to change the percentage of the lead or sulphur to a higher dosage so that you increase the gravitational and you bring the boundary closer. This is important and this is how you make the shielding. You need a massive gravitational absorption with a dimensional shielding. This is your ‘tent.’ No radiation occurs if you get the mixture right. No radiation should be able to pass this boundary. This boundary allows you to move in and out because your body is in a GANS state and the shield you created is the GANS shield. X-rays, gamma rays and nuclear material are in the matter state; they will not be able to pass this boundary. It is impossibility.

K: Not only do you protect yourself, but you create a protected environment. Never walk out of the boundary. This is the disaster outside of the boundary. Stay with the boundary that you create. Some of you might see shimmers. Stay within the boundary of the shimmers. You can start building these which are part of your space ship so not only do you learn how to protect

yourself; you become masters of the space ship development. It is important that you continuously keep for the time being in your head, until you see the physical parameters, the noise level. It is much like when you were a child and you played tick-tick on the table. Remember when you used play tick tick and if you came closer it became too hot (??). You play the same game…you stay close in the shield and never go past it. If you have to move out of the position or you have to move out of the area that is heavily contaminated, you place this system within one meter of yourself. You make your height and make sure the family is with you and you move the unit with you. You can, under full protection, walk away. Make sure in the case of the condition of radioactive release the ground level is always covered which means that you cannot pick up radiation dust from the ground floor up. As a nuclear physicist I have been trained how to protect myself, even in the proximity of the full contamination of the nuclear reactor.

K: At that time we did not have access to this knowledge. I have stood in open doors in reactors in Queen Mary College in London when the testing was more important than shutting the system into safety. We overcame the locks; we brought the keys and we could keep the reactor running. A number of the scientists and students were contaminated. We had to wash it (off). Now you have the material within your reach. The number of people out of stupidity have called Queen Mary College and asked if they had a nuclear department. They never had a nuclear department and they don’t train in nuclear (science). The nuclear problems were caused 25 years ago because the English system was transferred to PWI (?) We had to supply to the Belgian government and as a nuclear physicist I was accepted, checked by the university, and they allowed Keshe Foundation Research and Development to be involved and to be able to perform nuclear tests. We have a license giving me the permission under Keshe Foundation Research and Development and there are seven pages documenting that we can handle nuclear material because of the confirmation by Queen Mary College. It took about 3 months because the university wouldn’t issue it as they said they had already issued it. We had to sign documents that they could release the information.

K: If you are interested go to the Belgian government and ask to see the certificate from the university. This is for those who always create negative information. You had to have this to have Keshe Foundation Research and Development. Understand the safety parameters of using the knowledge that you have. it is very simple: you have to protect 3 environments: you protect your environment with your system; you protect your body with the CO2 liquid plasma and then if there is a contamination in the area where you are you have to be able to wash it and you have to be able to neutralize it. And the only way that you neutralize the nuclear material as in Fukushima is you add to it and dilute it to reduce its energy. The waters are used in Fukushima; it is the same. They added so much GANS into the environment and it gets washed into the sea that any radiation is absorbed by the GANS and that reduces its energy and it gets locked into the system of the GANS. What happens is your plasma of the GANS and that contamination energy gets locked into the GANS system. (l.27.50 picture). It is a field and it is not a matter state, so you neutralize the radioactive material very, very rapidly.

K: If the radiation of the reactor like the ones in Belgium releases the nuclear material and then there is tritium or cesium released then it is very easy for your national government to change the disaster into money. I think this is what the Belgians heard and now they want to test it. The Japanese are making one gram of single mono atomic gold that was created in that way worth millions. It can absorb everything and we think the terrorists on earth are to create a lot of finance for the governments because they are seeing the Japanese made huge gains from Fukushima by creating mono-atomic gold. Now it is a financial gain and not an act of terrorism. It is a disguise for it. You saw our specialist who is a lecturer in Tokyo University who worked with us in Tepco and if you remember he showed you on a tray several different kinds of materials. The last group he marked, the white dust, and he explained to you that this is what has come and it is the GANS of CO2 which is used. Partially it is the GANS of CO2 but the GANS of CO2, zinc oxide GANS, and monatomic gold look more or less the same in color. So what we saw as a filter used by the American government’s agency, the company that was appointed there, is to add monatomic gold which was captured from the tritium infested waters. They used the gold which was there to capture the radiation by itself which is the produced from the process we developed for them.

K: There is a possibility that this tritium-pending attack on the Belgium reactors is a move for financial gain because in some cases every gram that is purified is worth up to $4 million a gram. Nano-atomic gold which can be produced has huge implications so the nuclear reactor which can produce 20 kg of tritium, gold nano-atomic, and you can see what it entails. 10 kg or 10000 gram times $4 million at the moment, so you can see this is a $10 billion gain. A lot of people don’t know what they can do with this. Is it worth blowing the nation up? Now you understand as we said when we started working with Tepco, now you have seen everything that is there. We can show you a lot of shipping documents; we shipped the material for Tepco to be tested in the tanks as a talcum powder. This was commissioned by the American government and they gave it to the Japanese to ship material from the Sosano Keshe Foundation under talcum powder. That is how it was shipped. We have all the documents for the documents and it went from there to Los Angeles to Tepco because the American government wanted to have a sample before it went to the Japanese. In that process we said they can create 50 kg of gold and now you see the figure adds up very nicely. So there are 1,400 tanks x 50 kg. You can see the figure is astronomical. Japan has made more money out of these national assets and it is more than they spent on WWII ten times over

K: I hope the other nations will learn from this because I will teach you how you can make monatomic gold at home at a cost of zero cents. The figures are staggering; people do not know except for the Keshe Foundation supporters who listen to these teachings and you have been brought up (in the teachings) to understand this and you have seen people who have delivered these technologies. You have seen the man who clearly states exactly what is going on and then you understand that if you add up the figures you have 70000 kilo and then you add the 9 zeros and this is per ton. Was that worth invading Syria or Libya (for their gold)? You make 70 thousand billion dollars. They don’t put a whole lot—they put 100 grams or 50 grams as collateral with governments. That is how it is made—it is not going ‘shopping’ for these to become supporting assets. If you have a nuclear attack and the condition of nuclear explosion

whether by accident, terrorism, or any shape or form, one of the biggest problems you have at the moment is what they call chemical and biological warfare. These are called dirty bombs and they can be used by terrorists. You follow the same procedure. CO2 is your only chance because it works in neutralizing the badness with the body of the man.

K: You can do one thing very easily. When you produce the GANS of CO2 you have seen the ‘fat’ on top of the mixture. That fat is very important to you; that fat becomes your survival key to live. You eat bread; you eat rice; you eat meat and vegetation to convert the energy of the amino acid into energy absorption for your body, to lock into your body. Now in your CO2 GANS that fat looking on the top is your saving god-given gift. You try to extract it; the easiest way is to dip a pencil or plastic and stir it around so the GANS gets stuck to it. Transfer this into clean water from which you have removed the salt content. You repeat this on a regular basis and what you start collecting in the water is the GANS of amino acid. What happened is the amino acid stays on top. You bring it from the CO2 and add it to clean water (1.36.53 minutes) and you do this 2 or 3 times and there is no salt content to it. Take the CO2 GANS in the water and try to limit the water as much as possible and keep as much GANS as possible. Then you place this amino acid with the water into a sealed container where the amino acid can be kept. We will never get dirty water. You can add a very small amount, just a ‘touch’ of GANS of copper oxide into this water to make sure that it stays disinfected and no germs are created. Then you place this capsule, this little amount of amino acid on top or next to a glass of water. You remember the orange that you placed on top? No you place the amino acid on top and you transfer the energy of this amino acid (1.38.16 minutes) to the water and this gives you everything you need for energy. This gives you support for the amino acid structure of your body. This is how you receive protein in space. You don’t carry cows with you in space. You carry what we call the liquid plasma of the GANS of the amino acid.

K: In the future you will carry the energy of it as field plasma. But this is good enough in a time of disaster until you become knowledgeable to carry on with the further steps. At the same time you make sure that you carry in this process in this water, a certain amount of CH3 so that the energy release of the hydrogen allows the energy transfer. (1.39.15 minutes). You don’t need food and you can sustain life for a long time until you find a place of safety where you can reduce the shield. If the system breaks down, if your shield breaks down, don’t panic. Always carry with you a mixture of the GANS water of CO2, copper oxide, CH3 so that you can re-start the process. The ball can fly off, the engine can stop and the dog can walk on it because he thinks it is a toy, so you go to the next step of protecting yourself. You have your protection, your fields and your food.

This is advisable and you will understand this when you walk into it. At this time it might not mean much to you. K: The only thing that gives you that is Zno2, any shape or form. A small amount of zinc oxide always has to be with your food consumption as the GANS of it. We use this for psychological depression—we boost the energy. You use this in conjunction with CH3 as a spoonful of water and you walk a man out of the schizophrenia. You walk a woman out of fibromyalgia. It has to be done by the doctors but in the time of emergency you are your own doctor. You want to find the zinc and we all have access to batteries. Most of the old batteries still have zinc casing. It is the easy and cheapest way to access zinc. Create zinc oxide and secure your emotion and then you can think logically and the depression will not be there. And, you can control the whole situation and be composed because you are psychologically and emotionally supported and you make correct and not hasty decisions. When you are in the time of disaster trying to escape from one disaster leads to another disaster. So by having this in preparation this will be part of the system of protection and you already stay focused. You look at the physicality, you look at the emotion and the psychological side, you look after the physical side and what I call the ‘house’ and in that process you will start in the correct way to think, behave and start supporting others.

K: Psychological pressure in space is 99% of the failure of man in space, so the zinc is part of the emotional approach. In so many ways if you are wanting to become pregnant and can’t have a child, as long as the condition of having the eggs and sperm is correct so that you could get pregnant, make a bath for one to two liters of zinc oxide GANS water in that bath. Stay there from ½ to one hour a day and you will be happy to be the creator of a new life. You change the emotion and anxiety of parenthood to the regeneration by birth in the correct environment for the generation of life. The process as I said from the beginning is not any more how to build what but to understand how to use what you built and how to bring the forces together that you become a support and not a burden. If you have high level radiation burns which you will come across, if you have high physical damage that you come across, just create the CO2 patches on the body. The energy balances will create the tissues and create and move the energies. In space 100% of your problems are the field interaction with the environment. This is the only way to balance you body in that environment and what you can hold on to. Understanding the application is more important than understanding the process. If you understand the process then logically and sequentially you create conditions. You need certain materials and you are not all physicists and chemists. You are not all plasma physicists but we are all part of the human race and trying to save the life when the time is there for the soul to depart physicality.

K: It is your job to not only feed the physicality but to feed the emotion and to feed the soul so you can hold on to the physicality in the right way. In that process as I said, you create a condition that you protect the physical body and with zinc you protect the emotion and when you are feeding the soul it dictates the condition on its original base on the amino acid and what you call DNA. So in totality you dictate the condition and it is you who creates the condition to be in the environment that you want to be. So, you have to make the tools of protection. You have to make the tools of understanding the protection. You have to have the acids of the knowledge, understanding and not to be a copycat. In the environment you create it has to be in the environment which is peaceful to all—to you, your companions, to your fellow people in space and to the people of space that you come across. I was explaining this recently. I don’t know if I

am correct or not, but I know that our Russian friends will tell us and in the West we say, “no”, and shake our heads side to side. The Russians say “yes” and shake their heads side to side and say “no” and shake their heads up and down. Now you are in space and the man of space if they say, ‘do you want to fight’ and you say shake your head up and down you have said ‘no’ they shoot you, not physically but emotionally and they drains you and you do not fight. In fact you were saying ‘yes.’ So, you have to create the total understanding of the creation. You have to understand that in this process you take what you want from the environment according to the structure you set.

K: We started this process with what we call what is pending in the international media that the Dutch and Belgian governments are disputing using iodine tablets for possible attacks on the nuclear reactors. So, attack can be earth quake, rogue aircraft, wrong conditions, rogue nuclear actor controllers that can all lead to disasters on the nuclear side. Forget about it. You have for other options for fallout. You have fallout from all sorts of things. You come in the condition of chemical power stations producing pharmaceutical or chemicals, and the chemtrails that you fear. You can now produce yourself the same protection. Now we are on an equal basis.

K: Let me add something more. for those of you who have cancer and psychologically you have accepted and want to end your physical life, or terminal illnesses and you have decided you would like to end the physical life with the separation of the soul from the physicality, it is your right. For those of you who want to change the condition of the cancer, I have a small tip for you. It doesn’t matter where the tumor is or where the cancer is. Make yourself a patch of CO2 GANS. Put it on the position of the cancer. You have cancer of the throat, stomach, testicular just place or wrap a high CO2 GANS on it. when you feel the reduction after some time, especially with sexual organs like the womb and testicles, add a small amount of zinc oxide after a couple of weeks to the GANS batch you are using (CO2). You use the CO2 GANS patch to bring down the tumor and then because these are psychologically created conditions, the majority of them, then you use the GANS of zinc oxide. Never use the copper oxide with Zinc or CH3 in the cancer of the sexual organs because most of these forms of cancer are emotionally connected conditions. The mother gives life to the child through the emotion of the womb and not through the physicality of the womb. It is the same with a man. So, this is the procedure: you have to decide if you want to live. A lot of people say yes and they don’t see the line—we can give all the support but they can override it. It must be done with the acceptance of the soul and the emotion for the change of physicality to be able to take place.

K: All you need to do and we know this and we have seen the work in the middle East and the same reports from doctors in New York and China—to contain an emotionally related cancer the best thing you can do until you can find the seed of the cancer is use the CO2 GANS on tissue paper on the back and hold it there for 2 to 3 hours a day, no more. When you see the reduction in the size you can you ½ hour to hour a day a couple of times a day. Never mix CO2 with Zn even though most of the time when you produce Zn you produce CO2 and when you produce CO2 you produce some Zn anyway. It is part of the CO2 structure.

F in Romania who teaches in Norway: I built a Magrav just with the water, just with the liquid plasma. I made the gravitational from copper, the magnetic from CO2 and zinc oxide and the center was made with lead. It’s very interesting because I see something I cannot explain around this Magrav. It is like seeing heat, but there is no heat there. The tubes vibrate but I put a little more GANS around the Magrav and it is more stable and I heard today you mentioned about the noise and I heard that noise.

K: It’s a very sweet whistling noise.

F: Now it is too much noise and I didn’t know exactly what it was.

K: Armand are you online? How is the finger? Has the thumb grown? I kept Armand up until 4AM the other night. Can you explain to us your experience with the noise?

A: When I loaded it with lead GANS water and that is where the changes came—it’s a whistling noise and you can ‘step in’ and ‘step out’—there is a boundary where you can here the noise. It is like a metered noise. When I moved back and forth you can hear and you cannot miss the sound. It is like the interruption of the fields and it is not a motor noise. I will record it if I can and put it online. I heard it and what I heard was from around 5 to 6 meters. Maybe I had too much lead—I put just 3 milliliters of liquid lead GANS.

K: You have to learn and the more add CH3, the larger the field becomes. CH3 is a field expander. Where the lead is gravitational, it is a reduction.

A: I have 11 milliters of lead GANS and 10 CH3.

K: When you mixed lead and other materials we did not hear this noise.

A: No.

K: Let me explain. When you use lead, you create in the interaction between the lead, CH3 and earth atmospheric conditions depending where you are, you should start seeing the creation of certain kind of dust. I explained to Armand you have to look for the dust. It is known as the cosmic dust and it is created from the interaction of the fields. It is very much like the way you create nitrogen. The material creates, as I explained to Armand, a fine dust. I asked him to clean the floor to see if saw this fine dust. This is one of the first signs of the development of the physical structure. Then it is for you to create a condition of adjustment that you solidify this matter state. If you look at it in a different point of view or angle in what you already know. You have the earth and then you have the atmosphere of the earth. (2.02.47 minutes). The nitrogen is created at this atmospheric level around the earth in a GANS state. As the gravitational field increase and the magnetical field reduces you collect the GANS into the matter state, the solid state of the planet. It should be easy for you to understand that in this condition you see this silverish greenish color. This is part of the structure and it means that you start creating the solid state until you create the solid boundary which is the structure of your space ship.

You can use the same condition to produce steel, iron, or whatever you need in space. You have to understand this is a natural process. In the boundary you have nitrogen and when the nitrogen falls on earth we see matter. The central control is sex (?). One of the things you have to use and I have said this many times, always look for what is around you; don’t look for what you expect. See if you are producing dust. Armand said no there was not any. But when you start looking to see, you see abnormalities. You see wetness, moisture, fat, field energies which are not there. You can walk through a point where you might feel a pinch in your legs and you walk around and come to the same point. So, in that environment the field is created which interacts with the neuro system of the body of the man and you feel it as a pinch. Now that you are coming to the point of the delivery and the understanding of the technology you have to start looking for what is coming such as the noise. It is the boundary.

K: In the teaching last week we showed the dimension of the plasma using the camera with Jackie. You understand the process so start becoming vigilant. Now that 2 or 3 of you understand you have ‘seen’ the noise. I wish the group of 7 sitting in the background being translated to could participate and tell us what they have seen in their tests. A: I made the tubes and you can see how they look after one day. 2.08.50 minutes. The left image is when I made them and they were totally transparent. After one full day the gravitation became white.

K: Your magnetical is white also.

A: Yes, but both magnetic and gravitational tubes have liquid plasma inside.

K: What is the mixture in the water?

A: The gravitation has 2 tubes: one gravitational and one magnetic. And the magnetical has the same.

K: Will you explain to us—you have a double tube. Let’s go step by step. Let’s transfer the knowledge.

A: I buy small tube from the fishing store for the air.

Then I cut them, connected them and then nano-coated them by using the bathroom floor which is heated and I sprayed them with caustic and mixed it with water and left it 3 days. They dry and you see the caustic dry. Then I washed them with lake water and I started the process of putting on the liquid plasma.

K: How did you put the plasma in?

A: I used a syringe and I extracted liquid plasma from copper oxide and I know it is stronger and the gravitational needs to be a stronger GANS. That is in the center. Outside I put the CO2 and zinc oxide liquid plasma mix.

A: This is for understanding: do you have any other tubes left? We want to clarify this for people. 2.15.00 minutes

A: What I am showing you is not nano-coated.

K: Go through the process of the nano-coating. Put them in the water and I want to know if the water changes to white. Some of the plastics interact with plastic and in the water they get oxidized. We have to clarify this.

A: Why is just the gravitation changed in color?

K: Can you feel the vibration in the in the skin?

A: I feel it in the tips of the fingers.

K: It is like a tingling feeling like animals inside your body. Does it feel like nerves moving inside your skin?

A: I feel from skin by upper ear, down to the shoulder.

K: That is the unknown—you know what it feels like, but it is something else. What I want to know when you feel the vibration, do you feel that something is moving inside your skin or like a field touching you?

A: I feel touching.

K: Does the field strength change as you go closer to the rings?

A: If I go closer to the rings? There are 3 stackers of the rings.

K: Bernie will you explain this?

B: The question is why he feels something? It is normal for us as we are plasma beings. What you have is a level of energy source and if you are tired you feel more of that sensation when you go near the device because it connects to your body as your body needs something when you are tired. It provides energy to your body. Use your left hand—it is more intense. When you use your right hand you field a form of field form, like a layering shape on top of it. Your right hand is projecting the field and they act like magnets. The left hand attracts and this is different from person to person because every person has a different need because of the condition of the body. K: Explain more in detail Bernie, because you are good at it.

B: Yes, the connection here is all plasma; that is what connects magnetic to gravitational and the parts on our body that connects is our gravitational part while the one that gives you energy is on the magnetical part of the device. That is why we use left hand or right hand because we identify which part of our body that has to be slowed. Going in to the left or going in to the right. Understanding the connection is important. You have gravitational or magnetical so you can decide …

K: One second Bernie. Let me explain: Bernie has the principle which is correct and that is that gravitational always turns in clockwise. And magnetical always goes out counter clockwise.

Understand this is how the field gets absorbed or rejected; they don’t collide. Each one creates his own path. Your system in your tubes we use the matter state to contain the plasma, using nano material. So what happens you have dictated in your system a gravitational pull which is clockwise and within the same environment with the wall of the tube you have created counter-clockwise which is the magnetical field? That is why the twin systems of the coils and the pipes you made and I said this last week if you used the double glass tubes and put it in the center of the core you will get these responses. The fields interact with each other and they allow the magnetical to expand as needed or gravitational to reduce if it is needed. This explains in a simpler way that this is how it works. They don’t come out and go from the same channel; each one has its own channel. The way we made the Magrav systems, the way you made the coil system is the same. We use the matter state to dictate the gap and as Armand said next time he will show us the glass tube. Our Chinese colleagues will do that soon as they are working on it. in that respect what Bernie is trying to explain, you created counter-clockwise with your center core with the lead and you create the outer with the zinc and copper oxide and what happens is that now the double core in the center has a balance between the gravitational and magnetical and now it has to balance itself with the gravitational-magnetical field of the outer ring. This is how you create the vibration; the interaction between these two fields in the excess that the gravitational of the center and the gravitational of the outer receives more, it creates a field with the interaction. When your body plasma GANS comes in touch with it and gets to a point which converts this energy into physical vibration. That is why you feel what you felt. Or it changed into a mechanical magnetic vibration of the electrons in the plasma that comes from the body of the man.

K: No, it is felt by the plasma; it is plasma interaction because the body is in GANS state and now the fields in your system are in the GANS state—one is pushing and one is pulling and the interaction of the two in the body create the four (?) field forces (2.27.32 minutes) which is the physical vibration or reduction of the energy to the level of the magnetic field and the strength of the neuro transmission in the body of the man. You couldn’t feel this if you had a nano material but now you have a GANS state plasma interaction and you see this.

A: The support is from wood and the wood is burned with the plasma.

K: So you made a GANS and nano-coated it?

A: Yes.

K: Okay carry on, Bernie explains when it is cold and when it is warm in respect to the GANS system. He was teaching last night.

B: When designing this system there is no action so when one goes to the right the other should go to the left but you have this slippery motion of things; can you visualize that? If you put your hands together in a clapping position ….

K: Can you show us on the camera?

B: No, I can explain this. If you put the hands in the hand clapping position and then you invert them so the backs of the hands are facing each other, when you move your hands forward and it curves naturally and one hand goes to the left and one goes to the right. This is a natural flow that we should encourage in every design that we have. This creates no friction in any flow. If you pair a magnetical with a gravitational with more gravitational, one turns clockwise and one turns counter-clockwise. There is no friction.

Imagine one flow going to the right and side by side, one flow going to the left. That is how it should be in every flow. If you imagine you slice an apple lengthwise so that you see the cross-section of the apple lengthwise, you see the stem in the middle and the apple turns to the right at the curve and to the left on the other side. That is the natural flow of fields. We have to be careful of which GANS we select as gravitational by which one is more gravitational for the magnetical. We use the CO2 or CH3, copper oxide and they are more magnetical or more giving so we can assign them as more magnetical in strength and then for example more gravitational. Having the GANS this way we have the gravitational and we have the magnetical. So we are dealing now with liquid and we cannot wind them the way we do with coils. But because we know their strength now we can use them as our basic building blocks of the Magrav unit. This is what you have there and it is very nice. When you touch the tube is it really hot?

A: It is not hot; it is showing like it is being hot but it is not hot.

B: Your reaction to this field is your blood, it is yourself. I experienced this also the first moment I inserted a nano-coated coil inside a bigger nano-coated coil. The moment I inserted this, my hand was very warm but when I touched the coils with the backs of my fingers they were cold. But when I inserted them, my fingers holding these coils were warm as if they were in lukewarm water. When I removed them they were no longer warm. You see this is the indication that there are field interactions and because of these field interactions together with your body that has these fields, you have this sensation of being warm and for some it is a sensation of being cold.

A: Correct. I go to work and I feel heat around here. I feel a connection but I go to work and don’t give some much attention to him (the unit). I am driving and I am thinking about him (the unit) but I am not sure he is there.

B: That is nice; distance does not matter with the plasma. It doesn’t matter when you connect…

K: Bernie, can I come in (to the discussion).. You can disclose some of the work you are doing with your car units. That comes into this.

B: Yes, this is natural. People having this experience will say sometimes that this is not normal. No, this is how nature works. Mr. Keshe we have experienced that you can leave your unit at home and you want your car to perform better you connect it to your car by your thoughts.

K: This is what we were talking about this morning online. The man becomes the key to the car. So if they want to steal the car, they have to steal you with it. Am I correct Bernie?

B: Yes, you are correct, Mr. Keshe.

K: You become the key to your car and you can leave the Magrav unit out. This is what the innovation center is working on at a very advanced level. What you do is you carry the emotion and the energy of the Magrav system with you. What is the proximity of the contact now? One meter?

B: For the device? Yes it is one meter; before it was only around 1 and ½ feet but we are revising the configuration of the device and it can go farther than that. Because of that we are able to try what if we ------- through the plasma and project it to the car and it did perform. Like the car doesn’t perform well you say “I connect with this device, I connect with my gravitational and I absorb the energy and I pass it using my magnetical.” So it is just like using my left hand I absorb the energy and using my right hand I transmit it to the car. At this time I would say it’s 2 to 3 meters. Incidentally the car while the person is pressing the accelerator in a consistent manner in the same distance and we know when the car changes its performance. The moment you project the energy instantly the engine changes its sound. The acceleration in the engine increases and the performance increases. Then we decided to put away the Magrav unit and it is at home and our car is outside. What if we do this and we can connect. So at this moment you can do this and your engine will perform. Then we tried “what if we don’t want the car to perform better” and we just tried that and the car did not perform better.

K: What is the fuel consumption reduction that you achieved?

B: For this one we have not tested, but we did the previous setup. From 14 km per liter we were able to get 23 km per liter. It was the same road for testing on a Sunday and for us it is like city driving because we have this small vehicle. Most of the time we are going 40 km and sometimes a maxim of 60 km. That is our usual speed on this street and we were able to get 23 km per liter. This car is going to get 7, 8 or its very good if you can get 10 km per liter of gasoline. That is a huge improvement to get to 23 km per liter. K: It’s almost triple. This is a new innovation and it is still being developed and we will release in due time.

A: I want to say something more; my vision said that type of Magrav will show me if I have more it will show me the space ship. What do you think about that?

K: If you understand the language of the Keshe Foundation I have said to you ‘good morning’ but you have to take it out of the flat to the _______

K: At the same time you have to decide that your cores are loaded slightly different that you create the motion. You are on the verge of your space ship if you understand in the GANS. You still have a ways to go. You still have to go to the fields without the water. Where will you find water in space? You have to develop your understanding gradually and you are on the right track to interact the fields. All you need to do especially with people like Bernie, the Innovation Center and Armand, is to create a central gravitational point that you decide what is absorbed and what is rejected. This I explained in depth last week and nobody understood. When I made a core and a coil and I explained to you that the central gravitational point in the center is what is dictating. If you understand what I was trying to explain last time, then you understand that you do not need magnetical so much. What you absorb and create in the center of the core in the coil will dictate what is going to be released and what it saves. In that way you have to create variation not only in the center but in respect to three more sets. 2.40.22

K: It goes back to the structure of the hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and copper, having in mind that the one which needs more absorbs more of the gravitational field is not the one that you put the lead in. It is the one that has the CH3 in it. It is that which gives more that needs to absorb more. That has to be your top core. Bernie can explain to you in more detail in variation in the fields because we have done a lot of work with this in the past few months in creating a variation in the field strength. Now with the liquid plasma it is much easier to do this.

A: Yes, very easy.

K: What you have to do you have to go into measurement and you don’t need to have many different GANS. You create a condition where you put 10ml of lead, but 5 ml of CH3 in one. In the other you put 9 ml of lead and 6 of the other. You can play in the plasma in a beautiful way and in a way that you don’t need to physically make things. Now you dictate the ratio. This is what Armand just told you. We had 11ml of one and 10ml of the other; we changed 2 ml the first time and then you start seeing dimensions. You have to be very observant from now on. I said this 2 or 3 weeks ago; we have really entered the world of plasma of the work of the universe. You are touching it for the first time. You see it. There is something very strange: you said, “I feel it is with me.” You did not take your CO2 from the bottom of the pot with you. You put a syringe to suck it and you have transferred some of the amino acid into your center tube or other tube.

A: I touched the water with my hand.

A: Yes, I want to finish, Mr. Keshe. When I saw you 3 years ago and I talk about what you said at that time, a lot of people laughed about what I said, but this Magrav is now showing me is that I feel I can do much more and I know it will be very easy to build a space ship with this.

K: Let me explain and we take the teaching to the next step. You want to build a spaceship; it has to carry your emotion, desire and control. I touched on this in the previous teachings but maybe now it comes home to you. You say you ‘feel’ the system. If you use the protein of your blood by taking a drop of your blood and take a drop of your lymph which is the white stuff you see coming out of a cut, and place it on top of a cup and produce the GANS water of it. You know in the world of science you make a copy of the magnetic field now, the same as you did with the orange. It’s the same process. Now take a drop of that water and add to the gravitational of the inner ring and the magnetical of the outer ring. The system will send you what it needs and what it feels and with your connection with the gravitational you dictate the positioning because it is the gravitational which dictates your positioning what the magnetical can give. Do you understand?

A: Yes.

K: In the center tube of the inner ring you add the GANS but in the outer ring you add it to the magnetical. So it has a physical dimension contact when you make your spaceship configuration of the star formation with your rings. What you have to consider when you make these systems do not mix your lymph or the blood in all the figures. You want to connect with the emotion or you want to connect with the physicality. In one you put the blood; in one you put the GANS water of the lymph. Now you see the teachings of the past come all together and now you can understand and configure it. with your thought, your emotion you give the physicality to the core in the way you are setting the star formation as you have done, you start developing physical condition by the magnetical and the control of the position and the control of your emotion because you put the GANS of your blood in it in the center core, and then you have to understand that the little orange ball you have in the center has to have the same composition which means it is controlled through your soul. It does not connect with the emotion. So, you start seeing physical structures. And it is a physical structure with you because you have dictated terms with your blood. This goes back to the teaching which I explained that races of a certain race can travel together in the space and you cannot allow others to come in because they don’t carry the gravitational magnetical of the emotion and the soul to create the structure of the physical content of the man. You can have a party outside but partying inside with them is impossible.

K: They are a separate race and they don’t carry the magnetic strength of the field. So the next step for you will be to use a drop of blood and use the GANS water of it, by placing the drop on top of the water creating the GANS water like we did with the orange and then you can do the whole structure. It is important to understand that we do not go beyond the boundary of understanding and extend knowledge as long as you want to do. There are parameters: you add ¼ of ¼ of ¼ of a milliliter of copper oxide to all your rings. This is a very, very small amount such as just a drop off the end of a needle and add this to all the rings and even in your center. This carries your amino acid and it cannot be created in a commercial environment. This is the evolution of the amino acid. Do you understand? You guarantee the environment stays disinfected. A: What is the field plasma?

K: Field plasma is creating the same energy and the same motion without any matter state. If I had talked about creating this field plasma a year ago you would not have understood. Now your step is to look into the universe. Look into the sky and the space of this galaxy—there is no water. The material is created under the interaction of the fields. We have to be in this step to get to the next step and I think some of you will be there in the next few weeks. Totally, a lot of you with the space ship technology will work mainly on the fields so you should be able to develop the systems rapidly. So, you will be mature enough by October as those 1000 who wish to be men of space. You can register for this in October and you are seeing the technology now. The next step you need to learn and you have done a perfect job as you nano-coated which means you understood the essence of the knowledge. But now, go back and understand further. Maybe I can give you some insight to the field plasma. Go back and look at the ball in the center—do you need to put any matter in that ball or would the creation of the matter state

which is the surface will create the field in the ball that you can control with your thoughts. You create the motion and field. Do you understand?

A: I understand.

K: Do you need to feed any material in the center or would the interaction of the rings the way you set them up deliver the gravitational field in the center including your emotion. Then the ball becomes the field plasma and it is no longer the matter plasma because you have nothing in it. But because you have created the rotation of the fields in the matter state; now you have achieved the plasma inside without any material. Do you need to put that condition or do you need to remove the material now that you created it? Look at this: the creation of the fundamental understanding of the center of the galaxies being dark, being the principal matter, is where the essential thing is. In the center of the plasma proton it is the same condition. So, now for the first time if you understand you use the matter state to contain the plasma. Now you use the plasma to contain the fields. We are going to the next level of understanding. You created the matter to contain the GANS, to contain the nano material attached to the GANS and with the GANS you created the plasma field with the water. Now go a step further and we use the GANS and plasma to create the fields. It is the origin of creation and unified fields come from this. Now you compress everything in the ball. You created the nano coat that orange ball internally and now you don’t need to put anything in it. It will contain the fields. That is the field plasma without any matter. But the beauty of the knowledge of the man is that we understand that we can control the plasma and the field with the containment of the matter state. You use the matter to create the nano and you use the nano to create the GANS and you use the GANS to create the plasma and now you use the plasma to use the fields of it. In that ball you have free fields and no more (liquid) plasma. You have to understand the control of it. Do you need the liquid plasma or do you use the liquid plasma to create the fields the way you use the GANS to create the plasma?

K: This is what we call field plasma. There is no confinement. You used matter to create it. It’s like your glass of water. Water is everywhere. You put it in a glass so that you contain it. Now you can use your rings the way you have done and you decide the combination of fields you want in the ball and you turn the ball into containing the fields. But, because you have the physical boundary of the ball and then you have entered the gravitational- magnetic fields of the tunes around it and you have control of the field. This is the field plasma in everything you do. But, because of the GANS in the inner tube and the outer tube you put your blood and your lymph, now the same energy of the plasma is transferred into the center of the ball. You decide what comes out of that ball. You don’t need water any more.

A: I’ll be the center with my soul.

K: You understand it; so you don’t need to fill up the plasma in the center. Go back to the teaching of last week. I didn’t put a ball; I put a pink color in the middle. And I said, “This is the field plasma.” Some understood and those of you who didn’t understand, now you understand a little more. You get this in the teachings and you develop it yourself. So we have gone from matter to the free fields. This is the way the universe works. The boundary of the galaxies, the

boundary of the planets, the atmosphere, and the physical matter of the planet or the stars is actually a container for the free field in the center. You saw it in the transparent balls before. I kept going over that: this is the free plasma in the center. You created it. Now you don’t need the GANS to be with the water. You created the water for the outer ring and the inner ring and that empty space in the center is field plasma. And now because you added your amino acid to it, you are in charge. If you create a conditional, slight difference the only thing with the 4 sets you set up is your amino acid. So you make one slightly different from the other so that you create the rotation so the field in the center which you create as a field plasma has culminated in the field structure of your amino acid which is your emotion and you are the controller. Listen and understand what I said and you will understand the secrets of the creation of the universe.

A: What you have brought in the technology to us shows more when you go out of matter.

K: Of course, the essence of the matter is the weakest at the bottom. If you want to live in a village we give you the earth. If you want to live in the universe, use the fields.

Heather (H): I have a chart that I have put some of my results with the GANS packs. I sent out 10 of the GANS patches and water results from some of my friends. I have put together a chart on some of the frequency measurements. I would like your input on that. This is a method with something called SRT and it is not a gas measurement but a pendulum measurement that was done by a friend of mine who has done this for over 30 years. He did these measurements on the patches I shared with him. On his scale he says the average man or woman falls in the 3000 to 6000 hertz. These measurements are based on SRT = Spiritual Response Therapy taught by Robert Detzler using a pendulum to test Frequencies/calibration in hertz of people, etc. On his scale, the average humans fall at about 3000-6000 Hz and a christed/buddha/master would be 28,000 Hz. The patches used were sent to the test from GANS plasma water made in Heather’s home. Comments: the interesting thing about that technology is that it’s completely drive by love and its completed drive by the capacity of the user. You can’t use this technology unless you possess a certain level of coherence to begin with in your consciousness. We have talked about internal and external technologies and I can’t say I have ever experienced an external or what is perceived as an external technology that was such a direct mirror of our avatar nature.

K: Does this mean that it touches the soul of the man?

H: oh yes.

K: What is sq. in the measurements or qe? This is a question connected to this.

H: He says the frequency measurement is in hertz which is his method of measuring a person’s soul calibration. It is used for many different things such as herbal essence, person, or the earth at a certain time period. You had asked about different kinds of measurements.

K: We have some indications on one of the teachings that someone said you could only use an oscilloscope to measure the performance of the Magrav units and nothing else can show anything. You are telling us this is the same? But the Oscilloscope only shows when the strength is reduced in the matter state. It is very strange what you have put in here. Just ½ hour before I came on line to teach I saw something very similar to what is written on your chart in the strength of what you call the christed/Buddha/master. Sq. and Qe are used in reference to intelligence and behavior. You know you have the IQ. I will be interested to know what someone knows about that.

Ru: There are different ways to use the patches. The patches using the liquid plasma water of the GANS can be done by putting it in the plastic bag, or spreading it on tissue paper to spread it around the patch to get greater space. If you want, Mr. Keshe was explaining about the cancer. You need not only a high dose of the water but also with the GANS. You want 5 or 6 layers of patches and you can insert them inside different plastic bags layer by layer. There are divisions in between. And then they can be used to put wherever you want to cover the certain area of the cancerous tumor. Also we use the patch to help inflammation even using CO2 patches alone but in 3 to 6 layers of patches inside and we put them on the inflammation which reduces quickly, as do burns. Utilize it by creating layers. Also, the use of CH3 and copper oxide are also important and we know it depends on the size of the problem. In a big infection you can use one layer of copper oxide in the middle to help remove infections in certain areas of the wound. It doesn’t go directly in the wound. We clean the wound and wrap the wound with a bandage and then we put the patch layers on. So it is not directly on the skin and the wound is

not sticking to the plastic and the wound can breathe. You can play around with layering and you can use the water which is very economical and you have only one source of GANS. The water of the GANS of CO2 with all the composite GANS that you like to use, or just the pure zinc oxide, CO2 GANS water that can really relieve the pain. They all work. If you want to go quicker we have tried GANS using the pens (health pens). Use the patch and then use the pen to direct the fields of the GANS. The patch you have becomes the energy source of the pen that will push magnetically to the area or pull the energy that you want. They go together and it is important that you know how to use pens and patches together to have faster way to process an ailment.

K: Thank you.

J: Could I add something? Yesterday I bought cotton cloth to put the GANS water and I added some of the CO2 GANS. I put the cloth around the paper and put that in the plastic bag. Somebody mentioned that if all the water evaporated from the paper the patch wouldn’t work anymore; is that true?

K: No. The energy is on the patch.

J: I want to add something else. When you have an open wound the best thing you can use for the wound is the urine of the person that seals the wound much faster than anything else.

K: I would like to ask and add more. As we are going away from the matter state to the GANS state and the liquid plasma and the energy transfer, the next step for you in making the pain pens is to fill the pen without any nano coated material with the GANS water of the matter state. This means that now you can add just the GANS of CO2 to the pen without any matter state, or the water of the GANS of CO2, or you can add copper oxide or CH3. You don’t need to make the coils any more to put in the pens. But the coils have a different purpose; if you use the same pen and fill it with liquid GANS or the liquid plasma of the GANS you have a new and more effective system. You don’t have to do all the work of creating the coils.

J: Then they don’t have an end and you can use both ends?

K: It has to have an end to focus the energy. You need to be able to focus on the energy and that energy has a direction. And the body of the field to direct it. One of the ways you can use is to add a small amount on the tip of the finger into the CO2 GANS into the pen that sits at the tip of the pen which focuses all the energy into one direction. We can move away from the coils, but coils are still needed in some ways that we are using them. You can just make the liquid plasma pens and in the future you can go to the process of using the field plasma. These pens will be very, very effective and I think some of you who are trying them with the GANS water (liquid plasma) in the pen and just use a small drop of the GANS. It pulls the energy to where it needs to be. Those of you who suffer from large cancer tumors, use the same pen with a drop of lead oxide GANS water and a very small amount of lead oxide GANS on the tip. It will sink in and it has the gravitational field force and then in the matter of the condition of the receiver. So you literally suck fields out of that tumor.

K: There is an effective way that will be taught to the doctors on oral cancers. It should be easy for all of you to do and you don’t need to make the coils. But, do not mix different things with these pens or you can create havoc with them. So if you are making pens, always make a GANS of CO2, a GANS of zinc, the water of the CO2 GANS and the water of the zinc GANS and a drop of copper oxide or just a drop off the end of the needle of lead. You are trying to extract energy from the tumor. Do not use lead in conjunction with pain? You have to bring balance. A tumor is solid and you have to match it. You can use that small amount of GANS of lead if you like to attract from the body of the man you can use sulphur. You use a small amount of sulphur and that will drain the system from it. Never use phosphor because then you touch the DNA. Now you can start building the liquid plasma pens which are much more effective than the nano coiled pens.

J: Could we add a grain of sand to the tip of the pen for the crystal in it?

K: You can do all sorts of things but you have to understand what the crystal does. You have to understand what kind of crystals you use. From now on you are entering a delicate area and you must understand fully what you are doing. Let’s look at what is on the video and we wind up the day.

T from Norway: since I am an artist I was thinking it would be interesting to see if there are connections from art to the plasma world. This painting I discovered that I only needed colors. The famous painting by DaVinci of the woman shows the difference between chemistry and alchemy. If you put zinc, copper, or iron GANS into the painting you might get connections to the whole process of creating the depth and the mystical side of plasmatic technology linked with art. There are compositions with geometry, the knowledge of making a pair, and the different effects of using cold and hot in very interesting way.

T: This is the fast presentation of the Magrav unit and it is No. 1. There is a glass frame over the glass box. There is a 3 stacker on 3 wooden shelves and he used Christmas decoration balls inside the GANS coil. I have a lamp connected to it and then I have a 2nd unit heated to the heating system. There is another Magrav I use for my computer and all my tools. My #2 Magrav unit is a small box and I had some left over coils that I put together into a 5 stacker with stronger capacitors. On the load side I have the lamp and the heater. I added a crystal on top by boring a hole through the wood. It is a very powerful one. Box #3 is bigger and is a 6 stacker with the glass in front of the box. There are larger capacitors in the bottom (3.28.37 minutes). I have used the Christmas ornament balls in the centers. I am using the lamp as the loader and the heater is connected. This third one is for all the computers and loading batteries of mobile units.

T: This is box #4 that I built with wood of better quality and it is the most special one I have built and it is much stronger than the others because of the split coils that are connected to coils. We have stronger capacitors and I realized I could put 2000 220 watt straight through the load side in 3 minutes. There was no reaction and it has been like this for 1.5 months and they don’t react on anything. The other boxes are taking some heat on the coils. But this one is unusual. I could put much more on the load side and it’s a very special box. People have some kind of connection with it as well. I have made a Magrav health unit (standing with 2 panels facing each

other). (3.31.06 minutes.) I wanted to explain the procedure and the technical explanation as possible. I started with the plexi-plate and the drawings with a felt pen to get the distances between the super-conductor coils and the placement of the plasma batteries. I was adding to blueprint from the Philippines, one each north and south. It fit better to the Scandinavian structure and the Filipinos are smaller in structure. I chose to make 5 super conductor pairs on each side and there are 2 different connections where you have the direct connection to the plasma batteries and then the 2nd construction connection is from the plasma battery to the plus and minus side. The plasma batteries on the 5 fields for the blueprint, I chose to have 9 spin on the magnetic field and used a rather thick electric wire that was nano-coated with the plastic cover all the way through the gravitational field. There are 173 spin on the outer coil and 109 spin on the inner coil. I used a particular tool to cut the holes and the plastic. It’s a useful pen and it gets very hot. Good to use for the curves for the inner coil. (Pen looks like a wood burning pen).

T2: From the beginning it was energy from the walls of the double wall unit and you can feel a tingling sensation. After 30 seconds I felt kind of weird sensations in my head.

T2: You have to put the helmet on. The helmet is pretty heavy. I don’t know how to describe this: you are feeling nothing but you are feeling something. The sensation of the walls is calm energy and you can feel it is very active energy. It is unusual energy and it is working 100%. It is bringing peace to my body. That is the only way to describe it.

T: Do you feel a difference in the sensation with the different directions you are standing?

T2: If feel that different energy is flowing.

T: These are release pens. Can you feel this from this distance? (3.38.45 minutes).

T2: It is making my skin tingle very gently. I feel something my bone as you moved down my arm. Maybe this plasma energy is getting through everything as it scans.

T: This is a very young technology.

T2: This feels like a good experience; this energy is bringing peace and calm to the body. It’s like conscious energy. In some way I am happy to be standing here. It is unexplainable. I am really good when I am standing here. I am curious if I stayed here for 15 minutes.

T: I wanted to have an explanation as to how I made the plasma batteries.

R: We are at the 15 minute mark on the video.

K: That was the vertical system they have produced and it will be interesting now as to how we will proceed to the new system using liquid plasma. These coils are beautiful and well done by people around the world. These systems have limitations where another will not have limitations is using plasma GANS. We have pictures from China, Austria, Spain and Mexico. These units are going to be used by doctors in the coming weeks.

R: We have a question from someone at the Dubai peace conference and it is about the defense technology. They want to collaborate with the Indian defense technologies and wonder if it is the same criteria for manufacturing.

K: We won’t allow defense technologies to come in and create markets any longer. We will talk to the military structures in each country. In the military structures there are those working for peace as we found with the Chinese military. Why do we need defense? To defend what—to create more mayhem? There is no need for defense technology. The space technology is for deep space and we don’t need the defense technology. The most important things we can take from today is that we have opened the door to the space and if you want to be the first passengers in space expanding the new technology for peaceful purposes this is your chance. Don’t forget that we are not here to create a condition of elite space people. We are here for the first generation and there may be mistakes in development for people who want to be the first generation of people in mass in outer space. So what you are waiting for to become the first passengers, the door is open today. In October 2016 we will do this. Go to the website and as you heard we don’t need this for defense. We have started part of the space ship development in the Rome conference. The second conference chose the council. It is important to lay the rules and we will not interfere with government borders and we will sit in terms and conditions of international relations. We allow others to see the flight and we will not allow interference with the flight. It is important to say this clearly as we will pass international borders. We are one nation and we don’t have nationals.

K: This will have to be settled rapidly with the governments. This time we fly all together and we do not accept international border as we don’t want to interfere with national borders. We are one nation. As you will see a number of the military and space people are part of the group. Please make it clear that we do heavy vetting. There was a question about the heavy questioning on the student application online. Those who come to the October space teaching will be cleared rapidly when those coming sign the peace treaty. Those of you who become part of this technology please understand that because there are some government people participating they will be vetting who is sitting next to their people. Go online and register and the training will last 3 months and you don’t need life jackets and you won’t carry backpack oxygen. You will be traveling at gravitational and the majority of you will understand the technology. There are limited seats left at the Rome conference this September. We might show some flight system technology at the conference. We promised by 2016 we would do this course and we are achieving it.
