Description: p_elib_67 - Sometimes an internal utf file is not created because its time stamp isn't in the past.The script p_elib_67 is running every day for the specific date. The script activated by p_file_08 (inside p_elib_67) is created newly every time with another date for 005 selection but with the same name. This script is handled as utf-file. If there are few records and the handling is therefore very fast, the system thinks that the utf-file is already there and is in the active version (date + time). Then the 005-date will be found 2 times. The "ok" records are stored in a file and the affected record appears now 2 times with the same system number and the fields in the record are duplicated.

Solution: The problem was fixed by inserting a "sleep 1" command to ensure that the new script activated by p_file_08 has a different time stamp than the old utf-8-file of the previous p_file_08 script.
