Statement of allegation (Give complete Details): ON 10/25/2017 I REQUESTED   (FOIA   for the second time)   A COPY OF A VIDEO THAT WAS   USED TO OBTAIN SEARCH WARRANT #5332 OF MY HOME 286 TIMBERLAKE DRIVE DANVILLE, VIRGINIA.   CORPORAL SAMEUL BRAY STATED ON THE   AFFIDAVIT FOR SEARCH WARRANT #5332__”THE MALES FLED ON FOOT AND DIRECTLY BEHIND THEM ON VIDEO IS A WHITE TOYOTA CAMRY TRAVELING IN THE SAME DIRECTION THE SUSPECTS FLED IN” ON THIS SAME AFFIDAVIT HE STATES “THE SUSPECT FLED IN A NEWER MODEL TOYOTA CAMRY”   HE EVEN GOES ON THE STATE THAT DAMAGE ON VEHICLE CAN BE SEEN ON VIDEO.   THIS INFORMATION WAS RELEASED TO PUBLIC TO ENSURE PUBLIC CONVICTION SO THAT A JURY TRIAL WAS NOT AN   OPTION FOR   MY SON.     ON THE BWC THE VICTIM BRIAN MOORE DOES NOT SAY IT WAS A NEWER TOYOTA CAMRY NOR   IN COURT HE DID NOT SAY THIS.   IT IS CLEAR THAT   CORPORAL BRAY HAS LIED ON   THE   AFFIDAVIT   TWICE   AND SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND CHARGED.     THIS VIDEO WAS NOT IN MY SON’S DISCOVERY OF EVIDENCE,   NOR WAS THE   EXTRACTION   REPORT OF MY SON’S CELL PHONE_ALSO   CORPORAL S.BRAY   CONVENIENTLY COVERS HIS BWC TO USE TO HIS ADVANTAGE.   HE WAS   LEAD OFFICER EXECUTING   A SEARCH WARRANT AT MY HOME 286 TIMBERLAKE DRIVE DANVILLE, VA…HE IS CLEARLY SEEN COVERING BWC   WITH   HIS   NOTEBOOK, AND WHEN   HIS   NOTEBOOK IS LOWERED DURING THE SEARCH HIS CAMERA IS OBSTRUCTED SO THAT THE PUBLIC   AND/OR   THE   POLICE DEPARTMENT CAN NOT   REVIEW HIS ACTIONS, HOWEVER WHILE INTERVIEWING MY SON HE IS CAREFUL TO ALWAYS TURN ON   HIS   BWC WITH VIDEO AND AUDIO WORKING PROPERLY   WITH AN   UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW TO ENSURE ANY AND ALL INCRIMINATING   STATEMENTS   MADE BY MY SON COULD BE REVIEWED BY THE PUBLIC AND/OR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT.   THIS IS CLEARLY A VIOLATION OF DEPARTMENTAL POLICY AND OPERATING   PROCEDURE.   OPR. 169   CLEARLY   STATES…..“THE BODY WORN CAMERA WILL BE WORN IN   SUCH A WAY   TO PROVIDE AN UNOBSTRUCTED   CAMERA VIEW OF OFFICER/CITIZEN CONTACT”….CORPORAL BRAY CLEARLY VIOLATED THAT POLICY AS WELL…HIS ACTIONS ARE CLEARLY OUT OF COMPLIANCE AND DO NOT ADHERE TO THE PROCEDURE SET AS THE STANDARD TO   MONITOR OFFICER/CITIZEN CONTACT.....HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL   WHILE CONDUCTING AN INTERVIEW WITH MY SON   ..   HE GOT ANGRY BECAUSE HE COULD NOT GET A   CONFESSION   AND BEGAN TO HURL INSULTS AT MY SON CALLING HIM A “PANZY” WHICH IS EQUIVALENT TO CALLING HIM A HOMOSEXUAL….THIS OFFICER HAS A PATTERN OF ILLEGAL SEARCH WARRANTS AND MISCONDUCT AND THE PUBLIC SHOULD BE INFORMED OF HIS BEHAVIOR AND THE SEE HOW THE POLICE CHIEF AND SUPERVISORS ARE NOT CHECKING HIS REPORTS..CORPORAL S.BRAY INFLUENCED SAHEEM WADDELL TO TESTIFY   AGAINST JOSHUA COLEMAN AND JEVON   WILLIAMS…SAHEEM’S MOM EVEN KNEW

HOW MUCH TIME HE WOULD SERVE IF   HER SON TESTIFIED AND THEY ARE   SEEN DISCUSSING   WHAT HAD BEEN PROMISED TO   HER SON   IN EXCHANGE FOR HIS TESTIMONY. JUDGE MILAM WAS DEFINITELY IN ON THIS ONE TOO.   DETECTIVE BRAY OBTAINED ARREST WARRANTS TO CHARGE   MY SON WHEN   HE CALLED THAT SAME NIGHT AND CONFIRMED THE   CRIME HAPPEN IN ANOTHER STATE…HOW   CAN THE PUBLIC BELIEVE   THE DANVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT IS TRYING TO BE TRANSPARENT WHEN THERE IS SO MUCH DECEIT WITH ITS OFFICERS ESPECIALLY IN THE POOR AND OR/ BLACK COMMUNITIES…IF ONE CANNOT AFFORD COUNSEL OFFICERS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO   DO WHATEVER THEY WANT TO GET A CONVICTION OR THE EVIDENCE THEY NEED TO CHARGE A SUSPECT.. ….IT IS VERY APPARENT THAT   RULES OR LAWS DO NOT APPLY TO CORPORAL BRAY….THEREFORE I AM ASKING   FOR A FULL INVESTIGATION OF THE MISCONDUCT OF CORPORAL SAMEUL BRAY…”DEEDS NOT WORDS”……OR DOES THIS MOTTO MEAM NOTHING THANKS IN   ADVANCE..
