Excursion Bookings: For a provisional booking, a simple telephone call is all that is needed. We will holdplaces without obligation for 7 days. You can book directly with our Travel Office or you can book on line atwww.johnsonstravel.co.uk/webbs.html (Please note provisional bookings will be cancelled automatically ifpayment is not received within 7 days).

Confirmation of Bookings:We require payment in full within 7 days please. Once payment is receivedwe will send you your excursion ticket which confirms receipt of payment, the number and location of seatsbooked and pick up times.

Methods of Payment:We accept all normal methods of payment, by post, with a cheque or bydebit/credit card – ie Switch, Visa, Mastercard, by telephone or by post.Please note that there is a 2% charge for payments made by credit card. Please make cheques payable to‘Johnsons Coach Travel’.

Cancellation(a) BY THE COMPANY – should circumstances arise where, due to less than 20 bookings, we are forced to cancelany excursion, all monies paid by all passengers for that excursion will be refunded and following that, theCompany shall be exempt from any further liability.(b) BY THE PASSENGER – you may cancel your booking at any time prior to departure, subject to the followingconditions:(i) For cancellations notified to us more than 7 days prior to the departure of the excursion, a £5.00 charge perbooking is made.(ii) For cancellations for which less than 7 (but more than 1) clear days notice is received, a £15.00 per personcharge is made.(iii) For cancellations made the day before or the day of the excursion, the full cost of the excursion will becharged.(iv) Special cancellation charges may apply where admission tickets are purchasedin advance.
