Scottish design. German engineering. So how do we do it? Once we have the design agreed with the client, we construct the ‘closed panels’ that make up the walls, floors and roof of the building. These are complete with all the windows, doors, and the first fix for electrical and plumbing. It’s a highly engineered, minutely precise process which offers the perfect marriage of high technology and human experience.

Top specification. Remarkable speed.With all pre-assembly completed in our German factory, you not only benefit from precision engineering, you also benefit from speed of manufacture. We operate a ‘just-in-time’ philosophy that means we can create the panels for your house, from design to delivery, in around eight weeks.

Erected onto ready-prepared concrete foundations, the building is typically wind and watertight within 48 hours - a process that, in a traditional build, can take up to 12 weeks.
