Check that permissions to print or create annotations are enabled at the server level by IT administrator.

    8. I have Mac OS 9.x or lower. Why am I unable to run WebNow?

Java 1.4 or higher is not supported by Apple on the Mac OS 9.x and lower. As WebNow requires a higher version of Java, it is unable to run on Mac OS 9.x or lower. For more information on supported Java versions, refer to the Webnow System requirements

Netscape does not support Java 1.5 running on a Macintosh system.

    11. Why are my annotations intermittently not displaying?

This situation occurs when your WebNow user name contains a dash (-). Use a different user name or edit your user name to remove any dashes.

    12. Why is the Search button not visible?

Permissions can be set to allow a user to have no search permission but to have load query permission. This privilege assignment allows the user to run previously created queries but not ad-hoc queries.

    13. Why doesn't a link work in Microsoft Word?

When Microsoft Word automatically applies a hyperlink to long URLs, it might not include the entire URL in the hyperlink, which causes the link to fail. Instead of clicking the link, copy the entire URL and paste it in the address field of your browser.
