Rainbow Te-ton Entrepreneur Center (RTEC) A multi-dimensional entrepreneur center serving Rawlins and Carbon County, designed to accelerate the successful development of companies through an array of business support resources and services. The center was created to provide the opportunity for new, early stage or expanding businesses to collaborate while sharing expenses and ideas. Marketing: Facebook, Marketing Your Events, Downtown Destination Ads, Etc.… If you have a Facebook page, make sure we know about it, so that we can share your posts with our fans and encourage them to “like” you too! Destination Development Webinars Monthly Webinars held at the Rainbow Te-ton Entrepreneur Center (RTEC) on Wednesday mornings at 9:30 AM in the main conference room. Roger Brooks from Destination Development Association presents different key topics for the downtown and the community. Visit our website for a list of monthly topics. Shop Saturday If your business is open on Saturday, you can have a free decal saying “Shop Saturday” for your window. Let us know if you need one, or a replacement.

Main Street Money Main Street Money is like a gift card for downtown Rawlins. Businesses can use it as a promotional giveaway, or as a gift to customers. Contact our office for more details.

Paint Program For Commercial Building Exteriors in Rawlins, WY— Main Street District Businesses receive up to 70% of paint cost, up to $500 per building. Only paint costs are reimbursable. Paint must be purchased in Rawlins. Paint color must be approved. First come, first served with yearly allocation.

Passion & Pride Ball Passion & Pride Ball is our annual fundraiser that takes place every September. Money raised by the Ball go towards enhancing and beautifying our downtown. A volunteer will stop by between March- July to ask how you would like to help.

Great American Main Street Award (GAMSA) Rawlins Downtown Development Authority/Main Street was honored the 2015 Great American Main Street Award (GAMSA). Only 90 out of more than 2,000 National Main Street Center affiliates have won the award.

Design Guidelines Do not forget that downtown Rawlins is under Design Guidelines approved by City Council in August 2012. There is a mandatory review of all façade changes, and voluntary compliance. Therefore, if you are planning any work on the front of your building, whether it is a new sign, paint or a completely new front, you must to talk to us first!
