What is IncludedAll page prices are inclusive of allitems required to complete thepage, including either translatingyour page design into workableweb pages or for designing a pagelayout for you. Also all artwork,flash banners, animation, insertionof sound or video clips and e-com-merce elements for online ordering(we use PayPal® to create onlinepayment systems) .

One full years maintenance is alsoincluded in our page prices and

includes for changes to existingtext and changing existing imageswith new ones as and when re-quired. Complete page revampsand new pages will be charged atthe appropriate rates shown in‘Prices’.

Domain names ending in .co.ukare included, unfortunately wehave to make a small charge of£15-00 for .com and other do-mains such as .net, .tv etc.

What we will require from you

To create your site you will need toprovide us with images, text, andany ideas you have of how youwould like your site to look. If youare going to use video and soundclips on your site then you will alsoneed to provide these.

Please note that CoralC Limiteddoes not take any responsibility forthe content of any web sites weproduce. The responsibility of con-tent accuracy and legality remainsentirely with the end user.

After the First YearOnce your first year is up we offer three ways to keepyour website up-to-date.

Option 1 - Continuation of Site MaintenanceThis option continues the maintenance of your web-site exactly as per your first year I.e. all changes toexisting text and photos.Price = £25-00 per page per year* (plus costs for do-main name and web space if supplied by CoralC, seeprices table on page 1).

Option 2 - New WebsiteIf you want to continue with your website but have anew idea for how your site should look then as anexisting customer we will produce your new site atour standard rates less 15% discount*.

Option 3 - Hosting OnlyContinued supply of web space only.Price = £10-00 per page (minimum charge £50-00)per year plus cost for domain name, see page 1)We will be happy to make changes to your site underthis option based on a hourly rate of £25-00, mini-mum service charge is £50-00.

*Minimum Service ChargePlease note that to cover set-up and administrationcosts we have a minimum charge of £50-00.
