The above mentioned prices are per person and night and are valid even for extended stays. Prices include Riessersee breakfast buffet, the visitor´s tax (at the moment € 2,– p. p. and night) will be charged sepa-rately. Breakfast for external guests: € 16,50 per person.

The honeymoon suite is free of charge if there are reservations for more than 30 rooms.

You will get a room contingent and guests are able to book themselves. 8 weeks before the wedding we are going to send you a rooming list of all booked rooms, any unsold rooms will be released automatically and free of charge.

Our wedding planner team is looking forward to assist you with add ons like music, flowers, hair dresser or photographers.

All packages include only the listed drinks, no cocktails or schnaps. If you want to include special drinks, please ask for an individual offer.

The beverage flat rate is calculated till 1:00 am. Of course it is possible to party on, from 1:00 am on we charge the drinks as consumed or we make you a special offer for an extended flat rate.

At the Seehaus (lake house) open end parties are possible if all 9 rooms in the lake house are booked for an overnight stay. Otherwise there will be a move to the Riessersee Bar at 10:00 pm and the party night will go on here till 3:00 am.

From 1:00 am on we charge € 50,-- per employee and hour service fee.

The parking lots around the hotel are free of charge; even an underground garage is available (€ 8,50/day).

It is possible to bring your own decoration. If you assign us to decorate these items we are going to charge therefore a service fee. Please inform us in advance about details and quantity of all items.

We would like to make you aware, that the usage of confetti (-cannons) is not allowed. Otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged.

Drone flights on our premises are allowed, under compliance with all legal regulations. It is prohibited to fly over people and adjoining private premises.

The installation of pompoms at the ceiling in the Lake House Restaurant in corresponding wedding colours is charged with € 500,00 inclusive material costs.

We serve iced drinks like Sprizz, Hugo or non-alcoholic fruit cocktails in Mason jars, (ice) coffee and (ice) tea as well as oven-fresh Bruschetta, Canapées and a doughnut wall.

On the lake terrasse your guests will find seating areas as well as bistro tables and the afternoon goes by with little walks around the lake, taking photos, laughter and talks…

Every guest gets a “summer favor bag” with a fan, refresh towel, cool spray, sun lotion and fruit candy.

During the afternoon we offer little round trips with the Riessersee raft on the lake.

Best prospects to a winter dreamAll guests gather in the hotels lobby for a bus shuttle to the ce-remony. After the ceremony at the Town House Garmisch-Par-tenkirchen (Monday till Friday) the party goes back to the hotel with a romantic horse & sleigh ride. Find warm covers and pelts in the carriages and enjoy the trip through the wintry country-side of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, followed by a reception on the lake terrace with soup, tea and hot wine. Try Bavarian ice curling on the frozen lake! Every guests gets a little ginger bread heart as a welcome gift. Afterwards there is a break for everyone to warm-up at the fireside, check-in, relax and get dressed for the evening party.

At 3:00 pm the wedding ceremony starts on the Riessersee raft or on the alpine meadow with mountain view. The guests are sitting on benches behind the couple with a fantastic panorama view over the valley, the lake and to the mountains (master of ceremony/speaker ordered by the couple). If the weather is bad the ceremony takes place in the hotels rooms.

But we also know about the little question marks: Will everything be as we imagine it? Will the cake taste fine? How will my hair be done? Is it the perfect DJ? The hotel looks great but…

We know all these thoughts and doubts very well and so we created our “rehearsal package”. It is usually booked a few weeks before the wedding to check all the details together with your wedding planner.

ThUrsDAY

Arrival and Check in during the afternoon. Find a little treatment and cosy bathrobes in your room to join the sauna and pool whenever you want to.

For the bride we have arranged a date at the hair dresser for a trial hairdo (will be charged separately). Afterwards is time to meet your favourite partners for the wedding like photographer or DJ, take a look at the church or just walk around in your wedding location.

For dinner we await you in our restaurants and serve your chosen wedding menu. Also, we will recommend some wine. Enjoy some “time for two” with candlelight in a cosy atmosphere.

After breakfast your wedding planner will answer all “last questions” and discuss the schedule in detail with you. Then it is time to say good bye – but we will meet again soon for your wedding!
