CANCEllATiONS

Should there be a cancellation; the hotel must be notified as early as possible, however, no later than specified below;

15-21 days before arrival; a cancellation penalty charge amounting to 20% of the wedding package fee.

4-14 days before arrival; a cancellation penalty charge amounting to 50% of the wedding package fee.

3 day before wedding day will be charged at 100% of the wedding package fee.

Wedding ceremony charges are quoted for the couple only. Additional guests will be subject to additional charges.

The package prices are non-commissionable and subject to change without prior notice.

if any of the items listed above are not utilized, no refund will be made.

Validity of the package is from 1st of January 2017 to 31st December 2017.

The location of wedding, dinner and other additional outdoor options will be subject to prevailing weather conditions on the day.

Specific local flowers are seasonal and subject to availability.
