Hola!

Our truck was custom built by a specialist food truck manufacturer in Melbourne in 2014.

The truck is fully self-contained and complete with high-end commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, exhaust fans, gas, freshwater storage and has its own generator. Our El Poco Loco truck is also fully health department compliant and is insured for public liability.

We have the capacity to turn out 300 meals per hour!

Our wedding packages have been designed to focus on our three core values. These being affordability for our couples, high quality and freshly prepared food and a fun, stress free environment.

Each package can be customized to suit the requirements of your guests needs, and the atmosphere you wish to create.

Our packages are designed around a combination of cocktail style service; where canapes are trayed around to guests, and self-serve buffet style.

We are a family owned and run business from Newcastle, NSW. Food is our love and our life!

We specialize in modern Mexican cuisine in a fun, casual environment. El Poco Loco is our “restaurant on wheels” offering the same level of

fresh, quality food and service in a mobile environment. Everything we serve is lovingly hand prepared from scratch.

This is a great budget-friendly option that includes a 4hr canape service where our friendly staff bring the food to your guests on platters.

Included in this package:

• Freshly fried corn chips w/ tomato salsa & guacamole• 4 servings of canapes• 2 servings of tacos PP OR an individual burrito bowl w/ tortillas

Adjustments may be made to the menu should any of your guests have special dietary requirements such as vegan, vegetarian, food allergies or other intolerances. No extra charge will be added if at least 2 weeks prior notice is given.

The Grande package is a decadent feast of canapes to start, followed by a self-serve buffet style mains & then dessert.

Mains includes a selection of proteins, Mexican rice, fresh salads, salsas/sauces & soft corn tortillas. do you provide cutlery/serveware?The cost per head includes provision of disposable packaging and cutlery on the day. We use a selection of high quality disposable packaging and cutlery which is recycled and/or biodegradable.

do you provide staff?The cost per head includes provision of wait staff to serve food.We can arrange bar staff to serve alcohol for an additional fee.

are there travel charges for venues outside of Newcastle?The cost of travel is inclusive in the overall spend if the venue is within 2 hours travel time of Newcastle. If your venue lies outside of this radius, travel time at a cost of $100/hr will be incurred.

How long is service time?The standard service time offered in our packages is 6 hours. This includes 1 hour set up, 1 hour pack down, with 4 hour food service.

Will the truck be able to access the venue?The dimensions of the truck are 3.8 m high,with width being 2m and length 6.6m. Please check to ensure the clearance at your venue.

is there a minimum spend?Yes. Minimum spends are seasonal. See below table for guide.

• A $1000 deposit is required upon booking. This is non refundable if cancelled less than 3 months prior to event.

• Balance is to be paid 2 weeks prior to wedding.

• In order for us to cater to everyone's needs, please advise us of any special dietary requirements at least 2 weeks prior to event.
