These fees do not include any guest rooms. Food and beverage must be purchased through the resort. For a Saturday night event, a minimum food and beverage purchase must meet or exceed

$5000.00 not inclusive of tax or automatic 20% gratuity. Events must be completed by 11pm Indoors, 9pm Outdoors

(10pm for full property buyouts) Additional Set Up & Service time available for $100/hr fee. These services must be arranged prior
