Miskawaan Villa Lotus
Villa: 6 bedroom Beach font villa
Occupancy: 12 adults
A large beachfront villa in the center of the Miskawaan Estate, the villa set around a
large L –shaped pool. Villa Lotus is ideal for events and weddings featuring a beautiful Thai
sala and garden space for special setups and a spacious beachfront. Have a wedding or a get
together on the beach with the ocean as your backdrop and the sand between your toes. The
villa also features a spacious living room which can be cleared to setup as a backup plan in
case of weather changes.

60 guests seated reception indoor or outdoor
80 guests standing reception

Villa: 2 villas combined to feature 14 bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms
Occupancy: 28 adults and 12 children
The Residences features two beachfront villas, Villa Sila and Villa Wayu. The Villas
have a removable wall to combine the villas and create a spacious venue for both weddings
and events. Providing you with a private space with two swimming pools to enjoy with
your family & friends. Choose to have a reception on the beachfront or on the villa terrace
and garden surroundings all with the spectacular beachfront views.

Each of the Miskawaan Villas can serve as its own private venue for small events or intimate
weddings. All villas with beautiful beachfront settings, in villa swimming pool and facilities
