Seasonal CeremoniesHill’s Resort and Priest Lake offer the perfect setting for your wedding. The combination of rustic elegance and natural beauty; along with outstanding customer service and the ability to cater to parties of all sizes are truly what make Hill’s Resort the perfect wedding destination. Wedding dates are available September through June, accommodating 25-175 people. Hill’s caters each event, offering full service menus and working easily with special menu requests.

Ceremony Sites*

HUNT PEAK OUTDOOR AREA | NORTH END OF RESORT |Located at the far north end of the resort, options for ceremony include the beach, dock (for more intimate ceremonies), the lawn or the Hunt Peak Deck. This area offers incredible lake and forest views and can accommodate ceremonies of most sizes.

Wedding Ceremonies taking place on the beach at the far north end of the resort will require two nights booked in units 236,237, 244 and Building D.

BEACH SIDE | BUILDING B & C |With stunning views of Kalispell and Papoose Islands, as well as the Selkirk Mountain Range, this beach side site is perfect for ceremonies ranging from 25 to 175 guests.

109 BEACH | SOUTH END OF RESORT |Located at the far south end of the resort, this beach can accommodate 40 people for an intimate ceremony with magnificent views of Bartoo Island.


Wedding Blocks & Lodging• Cabins and/or Condo style units directly behind the ceremony site must be part of the wedding

block for guests.• We recommend reserving units for family members and the wedding party and then having

them call the Front Desk to finalize the reservation. We suggest this as it gives family and wedding party the first choice of units.

• A 10% discount is offered to all wedding party and guests. When booking reservations with Hill’s Front Desk, make sure your guests mention that they will be attending your wedding in order to get the discount.

Resort Facility FeesWedding ceremonies and receptions come in all shapes and sizes. There are varying options based on the atmosphere that will work best for your big day.

PRIVATE | $3000 | RESORT CLOSED TO THE PUBLICThe lodge will be open to the public from 8 am to 12 pm for breakfast service. We then close to the public for set up, reception and ceremony.

INTIMATE | $300 | LODGE OPEN TO THE PUBLICProviding an intimate setting for a small private party, The Luby Bay Room is located on the second floor of Hill’s, above the lounge. The Luby Bay Room can comfortably seat up to 35 people, making it the perfect space for an intimate reception dinner. Regular service is provided to non-wedding guests in all other areas of the resort.

• All Facility Fees include white linen tablecloths, linen napkins (offered in six colors) and place settings for up to 175 people. If a specific style of tableware, flatware or glassware is preferred, we can offer suggestions of rental companies in the area. If you choose to rent from a rental company, please be aware that fee is not included in Hill’s pricing and is the responsibility of the wedding party.

• Hill’s staff will set up tables for the reception. This includes linen, flatware, glassware, etc. Please designate a member of the wedding party/family/guests to be responsible for delivery and set up of room décor and table decorations, flowers, wedding cake, wedding favors, etc.

• Ceremony site set up and tear down is the responsibility of the wedding party. • Hill’s is happy to cut and serve the wedding cake for an additional fee of $75.

* Please note the lake levels are unpredictable during spring at Priest Lake. Due to high water levels, standing/sitting on the beach may not be an option.

Hill’s Rentals

TENTS | $400 EACH | 20X20Hill’s has two tents available for rent. Each tent is steeple style and also have side walls with “windows”

Meals• Hill’s kitchen staff is prepared to cater to any of your special menu requests. Please feel free to

make specific inquiries! • All prices quoted are per person and do not include an 18% suggested gratuity or the 6% Idaho

Sales Tax. A 6% Idaho Sales Tax is billed on the gratuity, as per the State of Idaho. • A 50% deposit on the final meal arrangements will be required 45 days prior to the event. • Arrangements for your wedding reception need to be finalized with Hill’s Event Planner one

month prior to your date. A guaranteed number of guests is required fourteen (14) business days prior to your event.

• Charges are based on the number of guests guaranteed, or the actual number of guests exceeding the guarantee given. Once the number is guaranteed, it cannot be reduced.

• Buffet leftovers can not be packaged and taken home after the event. • In accordance with Idaho State Liquor Laws, outside parties may not provide alcohol or beer in

Hill’s Lodge, Restaurant or Lounge. Outside catering is not allowed on resort premises.

Reception DepositTo guarantee your reservations, Hill’s Resort Facility Fee is required after making the initial reservation. The Resort facility fee is non-refundable.

DisclaimersHill’s Resort is not responsible for any damage to rental items, mishaps due to unforeseen conditions, weather, vandalism, etc. Rental insurance is available to cover the loss or breakage of rental items from rental companies.Hill’s does not allow confetti or string lighting in the lodge or outside, with the exception of lights pre-strung by Hill’s.Hill’s Resort is on United States Forest Service Property. As per USFS regulations, fireworks of any kind are not permitted. This includes hand held sparklers.
