This year's FBLA book drive starts April 30th and ends

May 10th. Please bring in elementary school children

books that we can donate to George Washington

Carver Elementary. You can donate to the book drive

bins in the office, by Starke's classroom in the main

hallway, by the Little Theater, by the Lit and Comp

staircase, and by the Field House/Main Cafeteria.

Please help us reach our goal of 400 books!


The last showcase of the year is coming up!

Auditions for Term 4 Showcase will be held May

10th after school. Please sign-up outside the

drama room 205 for a time. Any questions, ask

Mr. Mol.

We are excited to share that registration for Oconomowoc High School’s Relay for Life is now open! Here is

everything you need to know:

WHO: The Oconomowoc Students 4 Service Club is hosting a Relay for Life charity event at the Rux

Stadium to raise money for the American Cancer Society.

WHAT: Participants are to relay around the Oconomowoc Track for a fun filled evening. Games, contests,

music, luminaria ceremony and guest speakers are just some of the many activities that will take place the

night of Relay for Life. Our theme for this year is Movies – LIGHTS. CANCER. TAKE ACTION! Choose a team

captain and recruit a team (STAFF and TEACHERS TOO ). There is no limit to the number of people you can

have on a team. Each team member is responsible for paying $15 registration fee (registration fee benefits

WHY: Relay for Life symbolizes the unfortunate reality that cancer never sleeps. It is our mission as a club

and our school community to provide a meaningful, educational opportunity as well as to raise awareness

and funds to benefit the American Cancer Society.

HOW: Designate a team captain, get a team together (OHS staff too!), and fill out the attached

On Wednesday, May 2nd during Pride in room 146 Diversified Partners will be offering an informational meeting for seniors who may still be looking for opportunities after graduation. They will be sharing information about job opportunities.


As part of the fundraising efforts for Relay for Life, Students 4 Service will be selling

Oconomowoc Pop Sockets for $10 near room 219. All money raised is going to the

American Cancer Society.

Office Hours will be 7:00-3:30 however, the tangible items

(ex. Parking permits, padlocks, goggles etc.) will only be

Students will not be allowed to leave class for this

PARKING SIGN IN: A parking permit is required to park on school property. If you

do not have a parking permit, you are allowed to park up to 5

times “free” during the 1st Semester which ends January 18th

and an additional 5 “free” times during the 2nd Semester. You

MUST sign in your vehicle when you arrive in the morning on the

clipboard at the Switchboard/Main Office if you do not have a

Permit.
