The Uncertain Measures Update consists of updates to screw-in CFL of all types with wattages of 30 watts and less, T5 fluorescent lamps and fixtures replacing metal halide, and Recycled Refrigerator/Freezer measures are impacted by Federal Refrigerator/Freezer standard updates as well as the results of the Appliance Recycling Program Evaluation.

NOTICE OF RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF INVESTIGATION RECORDS

Resolution L-471 authorizes disclosure of records concerning the California Public Utilities Commission (Commission) Safety and Enforcement Division’s investigation of a gas incident that occurred on September 30, 2014 at Ridder Park Drive, San Jose, California.

On April 17, 2015, the draft resolution was mailed to the service list, pursuant to California Public Utilities Code § 311(g) and Rule 14.5 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure. Comments shall be served no later than May 11, 2015 and reply comments shall be served no later than May 18, 2015.

Resolution L-471 will be on the agenda at the May 21, 2015, Commission meeting. The Commission may then vote on this draft resolution, or it may postpone a vote.

When the Commission acts on the draft resolution, it may adopt all or part of it as written, amend or modify it, or set it aside and prepare its own order. Only when the Commission acts does the resolution become binding on the parties.
