When we think about what we can give to another person,
it doesn’t have to be something physical or something
monetary. It could be as simple as giving words of
encouragement. Sometimes that will have an impact on
someone else's life more than we can imagine. The
smallest things we can give to another may be something
of great importance to them. You never know how much
something as simple as a smile, a compliment or giving
words of encouragement will mean to somebody.
It’s obvious our patient’s need help and encouragement,
but look around you. Your fellow employees may be going
through situations of which you are completely unaware.
Be sensitive to others, kind hearted and encouraging.
Save your critical words. No one benefits from them.
