School Supply DriveDonate online through September 18Blessing of Backpacks, September 27More than 80,000 children enrolled in New York City schools were homeless at some point during the 2012-13 school year. These students and many others cannot afford to buy school supplies such as pencils, paper, and folders—which can lead to a scholastic disadvantage. To help them out, Trinity is collecting school supplies to go directly to children from low-income families. The in-person collection is over but you can help by donating online. For more information, pick up a card at any of the locations mentioned above, go to trinitywallstreet.org/school-supplies, or contact Ariella Louie at [email protected].
