Limburgse Tuinbouw Veiling
• De Limburgse Tuinbouw Veiling is een telercoöperatie van groente - en fruittelers met 744 leden (waaronder 150 actieve leden) met een uitgebreid koperscliënteel.
• Ons koperscliënteel bestaat voornamelijk uit exporteurs, groothandelaars, grootdistributie, winkeliers en lokale marktkramers, industrie en importeurs. Onze veiling heeft tot doelstelling het verkopen van alle verse groenten en fruit van onze leden aan een zo hoog mogelijke prijs.
• In tegenstelling tot de meeste andere veilingen in België zijn we niet zo groot.
Limburgse Tuinbouw Veiling
• LTV heeft 2 dochterbedrijven , LTFresh in België en Elsanta ab in Zweden. Beide dochters doen import en export van groenten , fruit , zachtfruit en aardbeien.
• Daarnaast hebben beiden bedrijven zowel in België als in Zweden eigen boomgaarden met appel, peer, Rockit Apple, kerspruim en Me Amore.
• 80% van de productie van telers die lid zijn op LTV gaat eveneens op export.
• Scandinavië is onze grootste exportmarkt maar onze producten gaan ook naar Nederland, Duitsland, Polen, Oekraïne, Frankrijk en Tsjechië. Import komt vooral van Portugal en Spanje.
20 jaar ervaring op de Zweedse markt
Het bedrijf werd opgericht in 2004 door Ove Holmlund .LTV nam 57% van de aandelen over in 2010. De resterende 43 % werd verdeeld onder de drie werknemers.Deze aandelen werden in eerste instantie door LTV betaald.Het personeel kreeg een lening van ons en betaald deze jaarlijks terug met de uitkering van de winst , rentevoet 1,5% .
Elsanta AB heeft nu 6 vaste werknemers en een netto sales van SEK 300 million.Het bedrijf is 300% gegroeid .

Elsanta is gespecialiseerd in zachtfruit uit de hele wereld en hardfruit uit Belgie .Zweeds fruit uit Österlen. LTV heeft 57% aandelen in Elsanta , dit geeft ons directe toegang tot de markt.

• In de loop der jaren hebben we sterke contacten opgebouwd met zachtfruit producenten uit Europa en Zuid-Amerika, daardoor zijn we nu één van de grootste Zweedse importeurs. Tijdens het Zweedse seizoen hebben we eigen productie onder de naam ”bärodlarna.se”.
• Elsanta heeft eigen plantages inTollarp, hier kweken we appelen en peren, dewelke worden gesorteerd in Vitaby. Hiervoor verwijs ik naar Fruktodlarna.se.

Zweden is het 3e grootste land van Europa en het grootste land van de Nordics met ruim 9,9 miljoen consumenten. Zij behoort met de andere Scandinavische landen en Finland tot de meest welvarende en innovatieve landen ter wereld. Een interessant markt voor u. Dit land kan voor u de toegangspoort zijn tot de Deense, Noorse en Finse markt.
Marktkenmerken ZwedenZweden heeft een open economie die sterk afhankelijk is van export en import. Het land exporteert meer dan de helft van de Zweedse producten.
TestmarktZweedse bedrijven investeren veel in Research & Development. Innovatieve ontwikkelingen zijn zeer belangrijk voor de bedrijfsvoering.Zweden wordt vaak gebruikt als testmarkt,. Ook voor Belgische producten en diensten is het een uitstekende testmarkt, vanwege de vergelijkbare marktkenmerken en consumentenvoorkeuren.
• Consumentenmarkt
• Bij de aankoop van nieuwe producten of diensten staan de eigenschappen betrouwbaarheid, duurzaamheid en veiligheid voorop. Bedrijven die 'echte Zweedse' producten verkopen zijn voor de consument betrouwbaar.
• Rapporten, kwalificaties en certificaten die in Zweden erkend worden, zijn goede hulpmiddelen. Denk hierbij aan ISO-kwalificatie en TÜV-certificaten.
• Do's en Dont's in Zweden• Het Belgische product en de Belgische zakenpartner genieten in Zweden van oudsher
een goede reputatie. Maar ook al spreken Belgen en Zweden snel 'dezelfde taal' op cultureel en sociaal gebied, toch zijn er verschillen waarmee u rekening moet houden.
• Hieronder vindt u tips om op een succesvolle manier zaken te doen in Zweden.
• Een afspraak maken• Over het algemeen zal het niet moeilijk zijn om een zakelijke afspraak te maken.
Zweedse managers zijn doorgaans zeer toegankelijk.
• Maak bij voorkeur de afspraak tenminste drie weken van te voren.
• De werktijden in Zweden liggen over het algemeen wat vroeger dan in Belgie.
• In juli zijn veel Zweden met vakantie. Het kan gebeuren dat alleen contact met de telefonist(e) of secretaresse mogelijk is.
• De bespreking
• Besprekingen gaan snel en zijn to the point. Zweden komen over het algemeen direct ter zake zonder inleidend praatje.
• Houdt (Powerpoint)presentaties realistisch en gedetailleerd.
• Gegevens, feiten en grafieken zijn belangrijk. Emotionele argumenten hebben weinig effect.
• Geef bij besprekingen de gesprekspartner(s) vooral de tijd een beslissing te nemen. Er is vaak een aanloopperiode nodig. Bij het nemen van belangrijke beslissingen zijn veel mensen binnen de organisatie betrokken. Het bewerken van deze markt vergt geduld en grondige voorbereiding.
• Presentatie
• Draag correcte kleding en kom op tijd voor afspraken.
• Punctualiteit wordt op prijs gesteld. Maak daarom ook niet te veel afspraken op een dag. De reistijden kunnen tegenvallen.
• Zorg ervoor dat u voldoende visitekaartjes meebrengt waarop uw functie in het Engels staat vermeld. Toevoeging van academische titels is niet noodzakelijk. Vermeld op het kaartje liefst uw voornaam of roepnaam en volsta niet met initialen.
• Zorg voor een goede brochure in het Engels of Zweeds.
• Taal
• De meeste Zweden spreken uitstekend Engels. De oudere generatie beheerst soms nog het Duits. Een paar mooie Zweedse zinnen helpen vaak het ijs te breken.
• Relatiegeschenken
• Relatiegeschenken zijn bij een eerste contact niet gebruikelijk. Eventueel kunt u een kleine attentie geven, zoals een voorwerp met firmalogo, een agenda. Het zijn geschenken die voor de ontvanger geen verplichtingen scheppen. Vermijd dure geschenken. Deze worden door de fiscus als een vorm van inkomen beschouwd.
