New Initiatives
Ms K Shreya, TGT Soc Sc and Ms Shally Walia, PGT Pol Sc. participated in the 10-day long webinar on Gender Equality
organised under the aegis of UNESCO led ‘Action for Equality’ training programme. As a follow up, the school will run a
pilot programme wherein 50 boys from classes VIII-XII will be trained by the teachers in August to spread this
message in the student community thus developing gender sensitivity and leadership ability.
To foster, hone and nurture artistic expression, the school’s prolific Art dept. presented Creativity Unlocked 1.0,
a unique initiative aimed at channeling energy during lock-down days into something truly unique and memorable. As the
name suggests, this vivid splash of creativity will surely give way to more such displays in the near future as art
integrated activities and projects have been encouraged wholeheartedly by CBSE.
