This year, Americans are expected to spend a collective total of 30 billion dollars over this period, spoiling their loved ones. For weeks now, our local shops have displayed their huge variety of Valentines gifts and cards at exorbitant prices, all in the name of love. The Bible talks of the greatest love of all, God’s unconditional and indescribable love for us. By allowing His only Son to die on the cross for us, despite all of our shortcomings, faults and flaws, God offers us the gift of eternal life. A gift so costly it is difficult to ever truly understand. “Though we are incomplete, God loves us completely. Though we are imperfect, He loves us perfectly.
