• We need each of you to take your game to the next level

• We are adding tools for you to do so, but it will be you “CHOICE” to do so

• You can not go backwards – on the field or administratively.

• We are a speeding train!

– Coaches and student-athletes practice hard…..– We need to do the same – Many times we bring our summer umpiring ……– We really need to take of college umpiring…….– We should be umpiring everyone of our games as it

is the D-I College World Series……… to those student-athletes it is!
