Step  1:  Review  your  PT  Score  Daily  •  People  measure  everything  important  in  their  life  (age,  height,  weight,  net  

worth,  etc.)  and  it  is  very  important  to  measure  our  posi9vity.        

•  You  need  to  be  able  to  measure  your  posi9vity  on  a  regular  basis  to  make  real,  posi9ve  changes  in  your  life.  Similar  to  driving  a  car  with  a  GPS    -­‐  you  need  to  know  where  you  are  now  in  order  to  move  in  the  right  direc9on  to  reach  your  goal  or  des9na9on.  

   

•  Posi9veTALK  calculates  a  PT  Score  daily  for  all  users  and  their  friends  on  Facebook  and  TwiHer,  based  on  our  proprietary  Posi9veTALK  computer  algorithms  that  analyzes  many  key  factors,  including  the:  

   

–  “Quan&ty”  of  online  posts  (number  of  daily  posts,  tweets,  comments  and  replys  you  make  on  Facebook  and  TwiHer).  

 

–  “Quality”  of  online  posts  (  “posi9ve”,  “neutral”  or  “nega9ve”  sen9ment  of  your  posts  on  Facebook  and  TwiHer).  

 

–  “Reach”  of  your  social  network  on  Facebook  and  TwiHer  (number  of  FRIENDS  you  have  on  Facebook  and  people  who  FOLLOW  you  on  TwiHer).  The  bigger  your  social  network,  the  greater  your  poten9al  online  influence  and  the  more  people  you  reach  with  your  posi9ve  (or  nega9ve)  comments.

Step  2:  Review  your  Friend’s  PT  Scores  Daily  •  Our  lives  are  significantly  impacted  by  our  ENVIRONMENT  –  even  more  than  our  

gene9cs  (DNA),  the  quality  of  the  life  we  live  and  the  happiness  and  fulfillment  we  experience  in  our  lives  is  greatly  impacted  by  our  ENVIRONMENT:  

 

–  the  FOOD  we  eat,  the  WATER  we  drink,  the  AIR  we  breath  –  The  THOUGHTS  and  BELIEFS  we  allow  into  our  MIND  

–  And  most  importantly,  the  PEOPLE  in  our  lives    

•  NEGATIVE  friends  have  a  nega&ve  effect  on  your  health,  wealth,  and  happiness  -­‐  You  must  choose  POSITIVE  friends  in  your  life  if  you  want  to  make  any  real  significant  progress  in  improving  your  quality  of  life  and  happiness.    

 

•  Review  the  PT  Scores  of  your  friends  DAILY  to  help  assess  the  “posi9vity”  of  your  online  friends.    

 

•  Make  CHANGES  in  your  “Friends”  on  Facebook  and  “Followers”  on  TwiXer.  Just  like  you  don’t  want  friends  who  lie,  steal  or  cheat,  you  really  can’t  afford  to  be  friends  with  “nega9ve  people”  online.  To  live  the  life  of  your  dreams,  you  need  to  be  willing  to  periodically  “unfriend”  nega9ve  people  on  Facebook  or  “unfollow”  nega9ve  people  on  TwiHer.
