A Note from the Administrator...
Dear friends,
Lent has begun. Our parish distributed the “Little Black Books” daily devotional last week, as well as “Operation Rice Bowl” alms boxes for the home. We also offer Way of the Cross (bilingual) every Friday at 7:30 PM, and extra evening Masses at 6:30 (Monday and Wednesday and Thursday in English … and Tuesday bilingual). In addition … as a parish, we’re asking everyone to embrace the WORKS OF MERCY (in the box below). For week one, everyone please try to concretely practice one work of mercy. For week two, everyone please concretely try to practice two of them. And so forth. You get to choose which work of mercy. But to help you get concrete, we’ll take a different work of mercy for each week of Lent, and highlight specific ways you might put it into practice. This week we focus on FEED THE HUNGRY. You might …
a) Give gift cards b) Buy groceries for someone at the grocery store c) Bring meals to the needy or shut-ins d) Drop food off at Church e) Volunteer time at Chino Neighborhood House, Isaiah’s Rock, etc. f) Invite a family in need to dinner g) Prepare food bags for the needy
Peace, All Good! Fr. Mike
Estimados Amigos,
House, Isaiah’s Rock, etc.
¡Paz y bien! P. Mike

Respect Life Ministry
“Reason alone is sufficient to recognize the inviolable value of each single human life, bur if we also look at the issue from the standpoint of faith," "every violation of the personal dignity of the human being cries out in venge-ance to God and is an offense against the creator of the individual.” John Paul ii, Christifideles Laici.

to do nothing.” Edmond Burke
