“Your word is a lamp for my feet and a light for my path.” - Psalm 119:105

MY NOTES:

Ephesians 5:31-32 "For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh." This is a profound mystery-- but I am talking about Christ and the church.

John 14:16-18 And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Counselor to be with you forever-- the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept Him, be-cause it neither sees Him nor knows Him. But you know him, for He lives with you and will be IN you. I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.

Hosea 1:2-3 When the LORD began to speak through Hosea, the LORD said to him, "Go, take for yourself an adulterous wife and children of unfaithfulness, be-cause the land is guilty of the vilest adultery in de-parting from the LORD." So he married Gomer daugh-ter of Diblaim, and she conceived and bore him a son.

We welcome everyone including those who are single, married, divorced, crying newborns, tired parents, and doting grandparents. We welcome those who are “just browsing” and those who know every hymn and praise song ever written. We welcome those who think the earth is flat, can’t spell, or because grandma is in town—you wanted to go to church. You have found a perfectly imperfect church filled with perfectly imperfect people who worship our perfect Lord. First time guests - please pickup a welcome gift at the wel-come desk in the lobby. Once again, welcome!

Practice The Pause When in doubt , pause. When angry, pause. When stressed, pause. And, when you pause… Pray!

Please lift your neighbors in prayer…

Friends,

Lisa and I want to thank all of you who have given us such thoughtful gifts and treasured sentiments in this Christmas season. We also want to thank our wonderful staff for the many ways you have served Christ selflessly this past year. Finally, we want to thank all the leaders and volunteers that have been the hands and feet of Christ – making Christmas a reality every day for our neighbors here in West Pasco as well as around the world.
