His name is Mehmet Cengiz Oz , born June 11, 1960in Cleveland, Ohio, to Suna and Mustafa Öz,also known as Dr. Oz, is an American/Turkish

Oz was educated at Tower Hill School in Wilmington, DelawareIn 1982 he was graduated from Harvard He was awarded the Captain’s Athletic Award for leadership in college

Moving on his career Oz has been a professor at the Department of Surgery at Columbia University

He has many research like heart replacement surgery and health care policy

Oz first appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show in 2004, and later on Larry King Live and other TV programs. In 2009, Winfrey's Harpo Productions and Sony Pictures launched The Dr.Oz Show, a daily television program
