*Meal plan options are subject to change.

First-year college students are required to live on campus. The ability to live within the guidelines of the contract is a requirement for all residents. These guidelines help to promote a healthy and academic atmo-sphere. The agreement is for the full academic year. Exceptions may be considered for individuals graduating or transferring if written notification is provided at the time of signing the agreement. Please carefully review and consider the terms, policies and regulations within the contract.

Single rooms may be assigned by request for an additional $1,000 per semester. We use the information you provide on the application/agreement to assist us in selecting the best roommates possible. We recommend students complete the Housing & Food Service Academic Year Agreement no later than the 1st of June to ensure the most compatible roommate selection.

Assignment letters with all pertinent information are sent approximately two weeks prior to the beginning of each semester. An official assignment cannot be made until the agreement is complete and we have received your deposit in full.

A meal plan is required for all residence hall students. We offer two meal plan options: 14 or 19 meals per week, each with an allotment of flex money per semester. Flex Dollars can be used at the Kayak Cafe (coffee shop and grab and go) as an alternative to the Coronado Cafe (dining hall). The dining hall offers three meals a day Monday through Friday, and two meals per day Saturday and Sunday.* Room and board charges are billed at the beginning of each semester. The current rates for 2018/2019 room and board charges per semes-ter are as follows:

The Leadville Campus is the highest elevated college campus in the country, at 10,152 ft! Colorado’s two highest peaks – Mt. Massive and Mt. Elbert- are right in our backyard. Within an hour driving distance of the campus, students can access seven ski resorts Ski Cooper, Vail, Beaver Creek, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin. Ski Cooper, Lead-ville’s local mountain, is located just 10 miles from the campus.

The campus itself consists of six main buildings, all of which were named after mines in the region: Mountain View Resi-dence Hall, Climax Molybdenum Leadership Center, Pinnacle Resource Center, New Discovery Academic Center, Crown Point, and Coronado Café. The view from your window at the Mountain View Residence Hall includes Mt. Massive and the inspiring Sawatch Range, pictured above, west of town!

Our Residence Hall has 64 rooms with occupancy capable of housing 128 students on three floors. Each room has its own private bathroom (shower – no tub), phone line and cable con-nection and two high speed internet connections.

Resident rooms have hardwood-look flooring and built in wardrobes including a dresser/vanity combination. The rooms have one bed, mattress, desk, and desk chair provided for each resident.

The building has food/beverage vending, laundry facilities, study rooms, a computer room, front desk and a multi-purpose room located off the lobby for socializing and recreation.

**Smoking is only allowed in outdoor designated areas.
