DOWNLOADING THE KER-CHING APP

1. Go to Google Play Store2. Search “Ker-Ching” and download the APP3. Log in using your email address and password as informed via a SYSTEM email4. Click the “LogIn” button to sign in5. Now you are ready to use the APP

LOADING FUNDS ONTO THE CARD

EFT or deposit funds to your Ker-Ching Card as follows:1. Account Name: KER-CHING2. Bank: First National Bank (FNB)3. Account number: 628 087 482 08; Branch Code: 26 05 664. Reference: Last 9 digits of your Ker-Ching Card (PAN) number

Note: If you are not banking with FNB your deposit will undergo banking clearance procedure.

1. Dial *120*725378#2. Select Option 13. Enter your 16-digit Card number4. Your balance will now appear on your screen5. Exit

1. DIAL *120*725378#2. Select OPTION 23. Enter your ID No or Card Number4. Follow the prompts5. Or email info@ker-ching.co.za immediately who will also advise on a replacement card.

STOP YOUR KER-CHING CARD VIA THE APP

1. Log in to the APP2. Click on CARDS3. Select your Card and click DELETE (Once the card is blocked, all future transactions on the card will be declined)4. Email info@ker-ching.co.za immediately who will also advise on a replacement card.
