Over 1/3 of the world populations adheres to a form of Christianity. Latin America - highest number of Christians, most are Rom. Catholics. Islam is practiced by nearly 1/5 of the world's population, most in parts of Asia, particularly the Middle East. Judaism, though a major world religion, has fewer followers than Hinduism, Buddhism, and various other religions practices primarily in Asia. Atheist and those who consider themselves nonreligious make up more than 1/5 of the world's population.
