Bali Dream Day was started by brothers Alex & Ashley Haslam, both from the UK alongside Evie Sari Listiana from Indonesia. They started the business with the vision to assist couples from around the world and locally deliver everything they envisage into reality.
At Bali Dream Day we believe that every wedding is unique and should be personal to you. All couples should be able to enjoy the planning of their special wedding day, while working with experienced professionals who are just as excited about marriage as you are. We aim to cater to your every need and give you a day that leaves you and your guests talking about it for years to come.
Throughout recent times, Bali Dream Day has grown into one of Bali’s leading Wedding & Event Organizer’s, and so too has our staff. All of our staff are experts in various fields of the wedding industry and also very knowledgeable of Bali itself, therefore being able to deliver your Dream Day whilst keeping true to Bali’s customs and traditions.

InITIAL COnTACT InITIAL QUOTATIOn nExT STEpSAfter receiving initial contact from yourselves, Bali Dream Day will need to contact you to ensure that we have all information from you in order to be able to give you a personalised wedding quote that fits your dream.
We will send a Customer Quote Questionnaire, a document which when you have filled out, provides us with the information we need to provide you an InITIAL QUOTATIOn within 48 Hours.
This quotation will take on board all the information and wishes provided in the previous step and layout what options are affordable and available to you. Please note that:
• All prices WILL include Tax and Service Charge and will be @published price (one of our functions is to get these prices lower for you during the process)
• They will NOT be a final quotation and thus a limitation of what we can offer – merely a suggestion of some options we have available that suit your requests
• We CAN negotiate on your behalf for vendors that you wish to have for your wedding that we, at the time, have not suggested. We of course will give you our feedback on vendors that you would like to explore if we have had bad experiences with them in the past.
Based on the information and interaction we have had with you up to this point, you should be in a position to decide whether you would like to use our services for your special day. If the answer is “yes” then you can expect:
• A Legal Wedding Contract for our role in your wedding day, giving you the comfort of mind that you know what you will be getting
• Period of time (can be anything from 2 weeks to 3 months) in suggesting, shortlisting, negotiating and finally booking all vendors for your wedding day and services requested
• A dedicated period of time for all Legal support, explanation and documents processing is given to ensure that the Marriage is legal in both Bali and your home country
The final 3 Months leading up to your Wedding day will be reviewing all the minute detail for your wedding day to ensure that it all goes off without a hitch.

OUR pRICESHere we highlight our main Wedding Coordination Packages that are available, based upon your type of wedding. Each shows SOME of the main inclusions you get when you book Bali Dream Day as your Wedding Day Wedding Organizer. In order to secure Bali Dream Day services, 50% of the Wedding Coordination Fee must be deposited, with the remaining 50% due 30 days before your Wedding.
The Coordination Fees are highlighted at the bottom of each Package and all of our prices include 21% Service Charge and Government Tax, however are subject to change from time too time.
