Families as partners in education

8:00-8:15 AM School starts, Attendance, and Homeroom
8:15 – 9:00 AM Social Studies/Science
9:00 – 10:15 AM Math / Literacy AM Group
10:15 - 11:00 Specials
11:00 – 11:45 AM Math / Literacy AM Group
11:45 - 12:20 Math / Literacy PM Group
12:20- 1:20 PM Recess / Lunch
1:20 – 2:45 PM Math / Literacy PM Group
2:45 PM Dismissal
* Every other Friday Health & PE for all classes
This is what a typical day in our classroom looks like.
Classroom Community
• Our classroom rules help us get along with each other:
• Be respectful.
• Be responsible
• Be ready
• Be organized and follow directions.
• Be on time.
• Be prepared.
• Behavior Chart “Go for the Green”
• 3 R Tickets.
Homework• Homework given on Monday will be due Wednesday.
• Homework given on Wednesday will be due Friday.
• They are encouraged to read a minimum of 20 minutes a day.
• Students are encouraged to study their fast facts daily.
• Late homework will not be accepted for credit.
• There will be projects throughout the year.

Refresher on 3rd Grade & School Policies
• School starts at 8:00 A.M.
• First period class begins at 8:15 AM.
• Running late? Check in at the Elementary office before coming to class.
• Dismissal is at 2:45 PM.
