10:00am Reception It’s time to check out of your accommodation, please hand your keys and Resort Pass Cards back to our Reception Team.

Just a couple of important reminders for your information:Check out in style We would like to remind you to vacate your accommodation by 10am and to leave the Resort by 11am on the last day of your break. This is in order for us to prepare the room for our arriving guests. Simply hand your keys in to the Porter at the gate when you depart.

Looking forward Even though 2020 has been the biggest challenge that the Resort has seen over its 100 years, we have continued to invest in our facilities throughout the year with the South Terrace, the Garden Bar, Atlas Theatre and our Private Lounges for your continued comfort, enjoyment and also wellbeing. We will continue not to rest on our laurels and will continue to look at further ways to surprise and delight you on your next visit to Potters.
