Application available on District Website, completed on line.March-April work with assigned Mentor to complete Proposal.April 30, Final Draft proposal due.Early May, Grants Subcommittee approves Proposals based on criteria and funding available.

Mid May, District Submits Spending Plan to TRF for final approval.Approved Proposals resubmitted as Applications. (Same

Document, click Application) Clubs have until the following May to request grant funds and initiate project. (Do not start project before receiving funds)

Club reporting process kicks in upon receipt of funds. Every 6 months, 2 year Sunset
