Class Presentation :
Assembly Presentation of Cobalt was based on the theme “Path to Progress”. We decided to explore the impediments to this path. The latest instances of intolerance were explored for the presentation.

INTER-HOUSE DEBATE COMPETITION:
“Should Teachers Be Assessed By The Students”was the topic of the Finals of Inter-House Debate Competition between the Green House and the Blue House.
Arya and Vishal of Green House were the winners. ORCHID AT ITS BEST IN GIIS:
Orchidians are at their best when they compete with other schools. This they proved when they won almost all the competitions be it dance, fashion show, music band, mad ads…….etc. at GIIS.
E-REPORT CARDS :
First time in the history of The Orchid School the Academic Report Cards were sent live to the parents.
TOS emphasizes
on a lot of
activity based
learning
TOS uses Team work
& Community
support to make
children aware of
what is happening
around them.
SESSION WITH Dr. LAXMI KUMAR AND NAMRATA DI:
Parents had a session with the Director and the Principal regarding various issues concerning CCE, Scholastics and Co-scholastics.
FA3 PROJECTS GIVEN:
FA3 projects for all subjects were given to the students. Portion for
FA3 Pen & Paper for all subjects given.
UPCOMING EVENTS:
Diwali Holidays start from 5thNov.,2015.
Career Camp on 4th and 5th Nov., 2015.
School Re-opening on 16th Nov.,2015 for extra classes for
Class X.
SUPW Project on Swachta coming up for the students.
A FEW REMINDERS…….
Please make sure that kids come to the school in proper uniform.
Diary is carried every day to the school.
