Focus Household Customer: eTelligence Tariffs
Energy saving through the Volume-Tariff
The consumption threshold was determined
customer individual by historical consumption
values.
Flexible consumption through the Event-Tariff

Focus Household Customer: Key Results • Transparency: electricity consumption, price and CO2-emissions got
controllable for the 650 eTelligence-Field-test-participants
• Energy saving: through the innovative volumetariff our households could save
in average 11% of their consumption in one year
• Flexible consumption: via the time viable eventtariff our households could
realise a flexibilisation of the consumption of up to 30%
• Monetary incentives: on the average our customers realised 100 Euro
savings
• Refinancing: approx. 60% of the customers would be willing to pay a 2 Euro
higher basic fee, to use the product
• Electricity was used especially,
when sufficient energy from renewable
source were avaible
