ABSENCES

lease send a written note of explanation whenever your child is
absent

lease bring a doctor’s note if your child was seen by a physician

t is your child’s responsibility to ask for any missed
assignments
DRESS CODE
P
lease see handbook• Students must wear shirt with collars• Shirts must be tucked in• College t-shirts, Spirit shirts, or any JISD t-shirts are
allowed• Holes in jeans are not allowed
TRANSPORTATION
F
or your child’s safety, a written note must be sent to the
teacher when your child will be going home in a
different way than indicated on the transportation form.
W
ithout written notification, students must be sent home
according to the transportation form.
ELECTRONICS AT SCHOOL
P
lease do not allow your child to being electronics to school.
C
ell phones may not be used at school. If your child brings
one to school, it must be turned off and left in their
backpacks.• If a cell phone is out or being used during school hours, the cell
phone will be confiscated. Parents/Guardians will have to pick up cell phone from school.
