• Your child is expected to be in their uniform everyday.

• White collar shirts• Navy blue pants or shorts (boys)• Navy blue pants, jumpers or skorts (girls)• NO accessories (large earrings, belts, colored

socks, etc). • Shoes should be black or white.

Volunteers• We encourage every parent to get involved in their

child’s class throughout the school year. • Chaperoning, classroom assistants, special

activities.• At home – working with your child on homework

assignments. • Share your expertise with the class• Join the PTA

Parent Responsibilities• Ensure your child completes their homework

• Sign behavior calendar/agenda daily

• There will be at least one scheduled conference throughout the year.

• If you want to request a conference, notify your child’s teacher.

Safety

• If you are to visit Allenwood, you must first stop by the office, sign in, and get a visitor's badge.

• If there is a change in your child’s dismissal, please notify us in writing.

• Do not allow your child to bring anything of value to school. This includes electronics, games, money, etc.
