HOW TO LOG IN TO THE WEB APP?

1. Use the following link to log in to the Big Data and AI Toronto platform:

https://bdai.hubilo.com/community/

2. Log in with the email address you registered with and your assigned

OTP

• If you need use a different email, please contact us at info@bigdata-

toronto.com

3. Kindly complete your profile and proceed to the ‘HOME PAGE’ for an

overview of the event, or any other page that interests you.

WHERE TO STREAM SESSIONS?

1. Click on the “AGENDA” tab

2. Find the stage or conference room you’d like to

attend at the top of the page by sliding through the

different rooms

3. Filter through sessions by day, stage, or selecting

topics you’re interested in

4. At the scheduled start time, click on the ‘join

session’ button.

HOW TO SET A REMINDER FOR A

SESSION?

1. Click the ‘Calendar’ icon that’s located next to the

session title

2. Choose your preferred calendar invite

HOW TO NETWORK?Our event platform provides you with 3 different networking opportunities:

1. Network with exhibitors using the ‘VIRTUAL BOOTHS’ page

• You now have more control than ever. Browse comfortably through

our virtual expo, click on any vendor booth that interests you and you

will see all details pertaining their solutions

• You can choose to chat or meet directly with a staff member by hovering

your mouse over the booth

• OR you can click on the booth of your interest, browse through its

content and solutions, share your details and request a meeting with a

specific staff member

Networking

HOW TO NETWORK?Our event platform provides you with 3 different networking opportunities:

2. Network with attendees and speakers using the ‘NETWORKING’ Page

• Use your time efficiently and find the right contacts at the event. You

can filter through ‘interests’, ‘job titles’, ‘location’, ‘industry’ and more.

Attendees have the ability to schedule 1-on-1 meetings and have a

video meeting or chat

HOW TO NETWORK?Our event platform provides you with 3 different networking

opportunities:

2. Network with attendees and speakers using the ‘NETWORKING’

• To meet or connect with someone, simply hover your mouse

over their profile, and choose which option you’d like to network:

Schedule a Meeting or Instant Messaging

• If you wish to schedule a meeting, click on the ‘person’ icon to

select the day and time that works best for you, and then simply

include a short message and click ‘send request’. At the time of

the meeting, you will have the option to meet via video, call or

chat

• If you wish to chat instantly, simply click on the ‘message’ icon

and start chatting when the sidebar appears.

Networking

HOW TO NETWORK?Our event platform provides you with 3 different networking

opportunities:

3. Network using the ‘MEETING LOUNGE’ page

• Join roundtables and form group connections through our

virtual networking lounge

• Simply click on the ‘Meeting Lounge’ tab and allow access to

your mic and camera

• Click on a chair on the table of your choice

HOW TO UPLOAD A RESUME?If you’re a job seeker, we highly encourage you to upload your

resume when creating a profile

1. You can upload your resume using the upload button in your

profile

2. If you didn’t add it when you first created

your profile, you can always click on ‘Edit

Profile’ to edit or add your details.
