weXelerate is not only CEE’s largest startup andinnovation hub but also provides state of the art

event spaces in a thriving ecosystem of openinnovation on 9000 m².

We are offering unique event spaces with aperfect setting for your next event, whether it is a

workshop, deep dive, networking reception, full day,half day or evening event. All our spaces

have a welcoming atmosphere, are modern,comfortable and fully equipped.

Main Event RoomThe Main Event Room on the second floor is our largest event space. Thisspace is offering bright natural daylight and has a special and inspiringambience. The Main Event Room is fully equipped with modern furnitureand will fulfil all the requests you could have while providing an amazingview over the Danube Canal. The Main Event Room is perfect for lectures,workshops and evening events.

Board RoomThe Board Room on the second floor shares the anteroom of the MainEvent Room but is a separated smaller event space. Digitaltransformation is key to us and this space is perfect for your nextcorporate meeting, PR conference, workshop or lecture. In the BoardRoom you will experience a great innovative atmosphere supported bybright natural daylight and up to date equipment.

FoyerOur Auditorium Plaza is an open place on the ground floor with apanoramic view. Especially during evening events this area gets a specialatmosphere and lighting from Vienna’s racy traffic. The Auditoriumhosts trainings, meetups, workshops and offers a perfect setup for yourbranded event.

Think TankThe Think Tank Space is a very modern, translucid glass-walledmeeting room on the ground floor. Well equipped with alltechnology needed for a quick and private meeting, it comes in astandard u-shape table arrangement to accommodate max. 15people.It is located directly behind the foyer and therefore offers theperfect setting for an intimate meeting before your networkingevent.

PlazaThe Plaza is the largest open space at weXelerate. This is the place for huge events allowing you to have a bigger crowd not only on the ground floor but also on all other floors.

Designed by the world-renowned star architect Jean Nouvel,the building was transformed in 2017 to be the headquarterof a start-up innovation hub. Along with the offices andcoworking spaces, weXelerate offers five magnificent eventspaces, perfectly located in the second district.

The second district is worth discovering with lovely placesnearby as well as the Danube canal right in front of thebuilding with its leisurely hang-out areas and bars right at thewaterfront. The city center is just a short walk across the canal(150m).
