About Greenply

Green Samriddhi is a Carpenter loyalty programme offered by Greenply Industries Limited. You can register yourself in this programme by filling a registration form and by submitting KYC documents. Once the registration form and required KYC documents are received and verified, you will be enrolled in the programme and provided with a Welcome Kit. You can accumulate points by updating sale details of Greenply products and redeem points by your personalized ICICI pay direct card. The registered purchase will be approved by the Greenply sales team, after which you will be rewarded with points.

n Milestone achievement bonus shall be payable every time the milestone is achieved and only on the points which are not redeemed.

n All the points earned through purchase reporting can be redeemed in cash, subject to minimum redemption of 2500 points and only after crossing 5000 points for the first time.

Q. Who is eligible to participate in the Green Samriddhi programme?

Ans. The programme is open to all Carpenters and Contractors across India, to be enrolled only through Greenply sales offices/ branches.

Q. How do I register for the first time?

Ans. Greenply sales team will contact you first and will update you on the programme. Registration form and KYC form will be provided to you. Once filled, the registration form and required KYC documents will be received and verified by us and you will be enrolled in the programme and provided with a Programme ID and a Welcome Kit.

Q. What do I get when I purchase Greenply products?

Ans. On every purchase of Greenply products worth INR 10,000 onwards (invoice value), from any authorized distributor or approved dealer, you will earn rewards points which will be credited to your ICICI bank card. You will also be entitled to earn points in the form of joining bonus, for referring another Carpenter in the programme and incase of special bonanza.

Q. Can I share my points with another Carpenter?

Ans. No. Points earned by an individual are non-transferable. It cannot be shared or transferred to any other organization or individual.

Q. How do I check my reward points and bank card status or points?

Ans. You can check your Green Samriddhi status (both reward points and Bank Card) by calling our ASK Greenply helpline 1800-103-4050 (between 10 AM &6 PM, Monday to Friday).

Q. How do I use my ICICI Bank card?

Ans. You can withdraw any amount of money out of the balance left in your bank card, at any VISA-enabled ATM (free of charge at Bank ATMs and at INR 22 per transaction at other ATMs). You can also make purchases from any store which has a VISA-enabled swipe machine, using your bank card.

Frequently Asked Questions

Terms And Conditions

1. The Samriddhi Programme is offered by Greenply Industries Limited for a selected set of enrolled Carpenters/ Contractors in India only.

2. There is a one-time process for enrollment to the Green Samriddhi Programme, which is mandatory. Programme members are free to join anytime they wish to; either at Greenply Industries Limited sponsored carpenter meets or through Greenply Industries Limited authorized retail outlets.

3. The following documents are to be submitted by Carpenters/ Contractors for enrollment in the Green Samriddhi programme:n Filled out and signed bank form. If the Carpenter/ Contractor cannot fill the form in English, he/ she may fill the same in a regional language.n Photocopy of identity proof (including photograph), e.g., Voter's ID/ Passport/ Driving License/ Ration Card/ PAN Card.n Carpenter profession proof, e.g., association membership card/certification by authorized retail partner (in form titled 'Carpenter/Contractor certificate form').n Two passport size photographs (3.5 x 4 cm) with plain light colored background.

Note: After all the above mentioned documents are received and verified at the Green Samriddhi center, we will register the Carpenter/ Contractor and send out a Welcome Kit that includes:n Green Samriddhi Welcome Lettern Green Samriddhi Referral Form (photocopy of same can be used in case you refer more Carpenters/ Contractors)

4. Each enrolled Carpenter/ Contractor in Green Samriddhi programme will earn Green Samriddhi reward points and basis the slab, the reward points will be credited to their ICICI bank card (this is applicable for new Carpenters/ Contractors joining the programme, not for the existing base).

5. The enrollment date of a Carpenter/ Contractor in the Green Samriddhi Programme is the date of the generation of his Carpenter/ Contractor ID in the system. The Carpenter/ Contractor ID will be generated on receipt of complete documents, as specified in point number 3 above.

6. The enrolling Carpenter/ Contractor has to ensure that he furnishes information in its true form and any misrepresented information will result in permanent disqualification from the programme and all future schemes run by Greenply Industries Limited.

7. Every purchase of Greenply Industries products worth INR 10,000 or above (at before tax invoice value) from Greenply Industries Limited authorized distributors or approved dealers, will earn Green Samriddhi reward points.

8. Reward points will be awarded against reporting & verification of sales from Greenply authorized Dealers/ Distributors. The sales claimed by the Carpenter/ Contractor will be verified from the Dealer/ Distributor, by Greenply or its designated agency.

9. Greenply Industries Limited reserves the right to change, modify, alter or close the Green Samriddhi Programme at any point of time without giving any prior notice or reason(s) for the same.

10. Greenply Industries Limited computation of the reward mechanics shall be final, conclusive and binding on the enrolled members.

11. Redemption of reward points against any outstanding or payments due to any authorized distributor or approved dealer are not permitted.

12. For cash redemption, a cash card from ICICI Bank shall be

provided, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC form.13. PAN Card details are mandatory at the time of registration. All

rewards points when converted to cash (in case of cash redemption or otherwise) shall attract 5% TDS, subject to availability of PAN Card & KYC Details of the member.

14. Relevant TDS certificate shall be provided to the member as per statutory cycle for taxation and prevailing norms.

15. Greenply Industries Limited or its designated agency is not responsible for delays in courier or post for the claims or documentation to be received as part of the programme.

16. Under no circumstances are the reward points transferable between companies and individuals, or from one scheme to another.

17. The bonus points earned in form of joining bonus, festival bonus, refer a friend & different types of milestones will be redeemable only in form of gifts as shown in the catalogue. The carpenter may opt to transfer the cash reward points to gift reward points in order to win a gift. The gift reward points shall not be convertible in cash reward points.

18. The merchandise available in catalogue would carry its routine manufacturer warranty unless mentioned otherwise thereof. For all requests for maintenance/ warranty/ replacement issues, the carpenter/contractor has to directly contact the manufacturer/ authorized agent/ distributor.

19. All products featured in the gift catalogue are subject to availability of the goods and supplier warranties/ restrictions, at the time of redemption. Greenply gives no warranty whatsoever with respect to the products/ services offered in the rewards programme.

20. Greenply reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any reward at any time without any prior notice. Greenply Industries Limited or its agency will not be responsible for products or vouchers or if bank card is stolen, damaged or lost in transit. Replacement or Re-issuance of Card will incur the cost of Rs.125 + applicable taxes, which is deducted from Cardholder's account only.

21. Product received in damaged condition should be reported within 48 hours. Greenply or agency will not be responsible for the same later on.

22. Please check the availability of stores of any gift voucher before placing the order, Greenply or working agency will not be responsible for the same later on.

23. Goods will reach the partner within 4-6 weeks of receipt of the order, subject to availability of funds.

24. Points can be accrued till the March Month of any Financial Year. Post that all the balance points would be lapsed with no further hearing/appeal entertained. A notification of lapse points would be send to members.

25. In case of unavailability of a product/ service or model or logistical constraints in delivery of a product to certain locations, carpenter/contractor may be advised to avail vouchers as per the Catalogue in lieu of the said product/ service.

26. The existence of a dispute if any, regarding products/ services shall not constitute a claim against Greenply Industries Limited.
