SO WHAT’S THE POINT OF THIS?

As of Monday, February 12, 2018, Peoples Bank will become Hillcrest Bank, a division of NBH Bank. Please note, your account will convert to a Hillcrest Bank account and your account terms will change.

Starting at 8am MT on Monday, February 12, your new business online banking system will be ready to use at hillcrestbank.com. Your Company Administrator will have access to a Preview Period to set up users beginning on Monday, January 29. For more information on accessing the new business online banking system, please read the details on page 13 of this guide.

Hillcrest Bank offers a wide variety of additional electronic and digital banking services, including bank by phone, text and email alerts to protect against fraud, electronic loan statements, and a self-service portal for your convenience

If you use business mobile deposit, you can deposit checks on your mobile device with our Hillcrest Bank Business Mobile app beginning Monday, February 12.*

Accessing Your Account

For your banking convenience, your account information is available to you in person, at ATMs, online, mobile or by giving us a call. You can also set up alerts through online banking and be alerted to activity through an email or text message.

In order to make the transition as painless as possible, there are a few features that require your attention right away. Namely, online banking, online bill pay and debit card.

A FEW THINGS YOU’LL NEED TO DO.

Beginning Monday, January 29, your Company Administrator will have limited access to the new system at hillcrestbank.com. During this time, we encourage your Company Administrator to log in and add all additional and secondary users who will need access to Business Online. This preview period will last approximately two weeks, ending at 2pm MT on Friday, February 9, 2018. If you don’t know who your Company Administrator is, just give us a call at 877.506.9353.

If your Company Administrator does not have the opportunity to access the system during the preview period, you will not have access to the new Business Online system on Monday, February 12. However, the Company Administrator will continue to have access and will be able to log in to the system on Monday, February 12, and set up all additional users.

Here are a few things you’ll need to know about the conversion to our new system:

• You will not be able to complete transactions on the Peoples Bank online banking system after 3pm MT on Friday, February 9. Please print, download or save your previous Peoples Bank statements as they will no longer be available in your new Hillcrest Bank online banking system. You will have view-only access through Sunday, February 11 at 11:59pm MT. Deposit transaction history from December 1, 2017 – February 9, 2018 will transfer over to your new online banking system. 

• Youraccountsandserviceswillbeaccessibleinournewsystemafter8amMTonMonday,February12.Loandatawillnotbeavailable in the new system until Tuesday, February 13.

• YouwillhaveaSingleSignOntoaccessBusinessOnline,CommercialRemoteDeposit,andBillPay.

• Yournewmobilebankingapp,HillcrestBankBusinessMobile,willincludecommercialmobiledeposit.Mobiledepositisonly available to those businesses that currently have remote deposit services. Access to mobile banking and mobile deposit is an entitlement that is given out by the Company Administrator.

• OurACHcutofftimewillbe3:45pmMT.

• ACHtemplateswillbetransferredtothenewsystem.

ONLINE BANKING ACTION NEEDED

• Your Peoples Bank Debit Mastercard® will be replaced with a new chip-enabled Hillcrest Bank Visa® Debit Card.

• Your new debit card will arrive in your mailbox the week of February 5. Your Peoples Bank card will stop working at 11:59pm MT on Sunday, February 11. Your new Hillcrest Bank debit card can be activated and used beginning at 11:59pm MT on Thursday, February 8.

• You will select your PIN when you call to activate your card. We will not send a PIN mailer.

• You will have access to over 125 no-fee ATMs in Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, and Texas. For a list of ATM locations, visit us at hillcrestbank.com/locations.

DEBIT CARD ACTION NEEDED

• You will not be able to complete bill payments on the Peoples Bank online banking system after 1:30pm MT on Friday, February 9. Any payments scheduled through February 9, will be processed as normal. Payments scheduled for February 10 or 11 will process on February 12. Future scheduled payments will transfer over and payments scheduled for February 12 – 15 on the Peoples Bank system will process on February 15. On the new system, you may begin scheduling payments on February 12 with a payment date as early as February 15.

• Your payees will automatically be transferred to the new system.

• Your new online bill payment system will be available beginning 8am MT on Monday, February 12, to start scheduling payments.

KEY DATES AND DETAILSBelow are important dates and details to remember asyou approach the system conversion February 9 – 12, 2018.

Download and/or print any Peoples Bank transactions or online statements before Friday, February 9.

To complete our system conversion, we will need to take the current Peoples Bank system offline beginning Friday, February 9 at 3pm MT.

Cutoff date for external transfers to be processed from Peoples Bank will be Friday, February 9.

We will process any payments scheduled through Peoples Bank online bill pay.

We will mail your final Peoples Bank statement. Statements will cover transactions through Friday, February 9.

Your new Hillcrest Bank Visa® Debit Card will arrive in the mail the week of February 5 and can be activated on Thursday, February 8 at 11:59pm MT.

Your account history from December 1, 2017 – February 9, 2018 will transfer to the new online banking system. Earlier history will not transfer, so it’s important to save your online statements.

Beginning Monday February 12, your transaction history will start to accumulate in Hillcrest Bank’s online and mobile banking.

Payments scheduled for February 10 or 11 will process February 12. Future scheduled payments will transfer over and payments scheduled for February 12 – 15 on the Peoples Bank system will process on February 15.

Please note the ACH Merchant service will no longer be available.

Future statements will be mailed until you enroll in Online Statements on the new system. You may receive two statements in February.

You can activate and start using your new card at 11:59pm MT on Thursday, February 8. Your Peoples Bank debit card will be turned off at 11:59pm MT on Sunday, February 11.

Your new hillcrestbank.com online banking system will be available Monday, February 12, 2018 at 8am MT.

Online bill pay will also be available at hillcrestbank.com beginning Monday, February 12, 2018 at 8am MT.

You can schedule your online banking transfers.

Your Company Administrator can sign up to receive your Hillcrest Bank statements electronically.

Download our new Hillcrest Bank business mobile banking app from your app store.

Our banking centers will be open during normal business hours as Hillcrest Bank.

If you have a debit or ATM card tied to a savings account only, you will not receive a card in the mail. You will need to stop by any banking center to pick up your new card.

If your Company Administrator did not activate your business online banking account during the preview period, they can log in at hillcrestbank.com to activate in the new system.

Your payees will automatically be transferred to the new system.

To complete enrollment in Online Statements, you will also need to open and accept the disclosures for Online Statements.

Your Company Administrator will need to enable you to activate your new Hillcrest Bank business mobile banking app.

You will establish your PIN during the card activation call.

Your Company Administrator will receive an email with instructions to log in during our Preview Period beginning January 29, 2018. They will need to activate your new business online banking

BUSINESS CHECKING ACCOUNTS We’ve selected the Hillcrest Bank account that was the most similar to the Peoples Bank account you have today.  

As a business relationship client, you’ll get an insightful team of experts who remember your name, understand your business and treat you like you count. We offer our business clients services that make banking with us easier and more convenient. While your bank routing number will change, you will be able to continue using your existing checks and deposit slips. You will not need to worry about using new checks until it is time for you to place a new check order, unless we communicate otherwise.

Your new debit card will arrive in your mailbox the week of February 5. Your Peoples Bank card will stop working at 11:59pm MT on Sunday, February 11. Your new Hillcrest Bank debit card can be activated and used beginning at 11:59pm MT on Thursday, February 8. For more details, please see page 15 of this guide. Your direct deposit, automatic payments and transfers will be processed as they have in the past, but we recommend you change your routing number after February 12, 2018. Your new routing number will be 101002716.

The order that items display on your statement may change.

If you need to place a stop payment on a check, dollar range will no longer be an available option, but we will have several other options available.

The name, details, terms and features of your checking account have changed. Refer to the accompanying letter for your account’s new name and the enclosed Account Information booklet for more details on account terms and conditions and fees. We’ve selected the account type that best matches your current account at Peoples Bank. Hillcrest Bank Business Mobile apps are available for iPhone, iPad, Androids and tablets.

If you currently use mobile banking and have set up your online banking profile, your Company Administrator can enable business mobile banking through Business Online Banking.

To enroll online: Your Company Administrator can select the Manage Mobile Banking Settings link under Administration. After selecting Mobile Banking, they will be directed to the Mobile Banking Center. Even though these functions exist via the mobile banking center, you must finish the entitlement process from your mobile device.

To enroll using a mobile device: Once the Company Administrator has enabled you to use Business Mobile, you will be able to activate your mobile app directly on your phone.

OVERDRAFT PROTECTION Hillcrest Bank offers several different options for overdraft protection. We have standard overdraft practices that

comewithouraccounts.Inaddition,ifanaccountmeetsoureligibilitystandards(basedonthelengthoftimeyouraccounthasbeenopened,thetypeofactivity,thetypeofaccount,yourusageoftheaccount),suchaccountiseligible for the Overdraft Privilege Program. We also offer overdraft protection plans, such as a link to a savings accountthatwilltransferfundstocoveranoverdraft,oranoverdraftlineofcredit(subjecttoapproval),whichmaybeless expensive than the Overdraft Privilege Program. Please refer to the Overdraft Coverage Options Disclosure in the enclosed Account Information booklet for additional details about our overdraft coverage options.

Effective February 12, 2018, if you have Commercial Guest Protect on your account, it will be enrolled in the Overdraft Privilege Program, provided your account is an eligible checking account.* Please note that Overdraft Privilege will not be available on money market accounts and savings accounts. There is a daily continuous overdraft fee of $5.00 that may apply if your account is overdrawn 5 consecutive business days or more instead of the $2.00 daily overdraft fee that is currently charged to your account beginning on the first day. We pay overdrafts at our discretion, which means we do not guarantee that we will always authorize and pay any type of transaction.
